I'm pleased (and very relieved) to report that both of my Paypal payments have come through (16 days and 12 days). managed to get in touch with them by phone and had a pleasant chat.

So far this merger is proving to be to the advantage of the customers (us that is) which is certainly a surprise - but very welcome.

Apparently due to the recent merger with Lightspeed they have enough members and are not recruiting for the time being.

Unless you know where to find a banner ? ;)
  • Strange, I sent an email asking when my payment, requested on 27 Nov, would be paid at 3pm today.

    At 4pm the payment arrived.

And to follow that, I've just received an email from perks informing me that the payment was made on 14 Dec.

Just received a £20 Currys voucher, ordered on the 15th of Nov, slightly slow to send out, but I have it in time for Christmas!

The longer the survey the more points you get for it. From about 50 to 200 is what I get.

I take my point in cash via paypal, and it takes 575 points to get £5.

    I think it's 345 points for £3, and you can request 3,5 or £10.
  • I have no complaints about the merger. I seem to be getting more invites to surveys and I like the fact that if you start one and are screened out you now get 5 points for it. I've ordered a couple of Amazon vouchers in the last few days and they came through very quickly, the last one within the half hour.

Thanks for this thread, I had forgotten that I used to do Lightspeed and My survey. I would not have known about the merger otherwise. I have been really busy this year and have been deleting a lot of emails without looking at them. That will teach me!

I logged on ok and have over 900 points sitting there. I had forgotten how quickly the lightspeed points added up. I will pull my finger out this year and try and do loads ready for next Christmas :).

I like the Amazon vouchers too, I store them for free presents. If I have cash, I would spend it and not really benefit.

  • No complaints vis a vis the merger either, in fact since it occurred i've spent 1100 points on 2 £5 AGC's, and currently have 430 points from random surveys accumulated & have 780 points for a diary pending + 600 points for a program install on my secondary PC.

Plus i had the luxury of two product tests within 2 days of each other for a chocolate bar & a box of cadbury heroes(400G).

So its been pretty sweet for me. :)

@Mistic PM me a name and email and i can refer you.
