I've even cleared my cookies and tried logging in on IE as well as Firefox. I also sent off a 'forgotten password' request on my email, but it comes back as email address not recognised.

I've sent an email to both Emma and Lauren and will post here if I get a response, just in case anyone else has this problem.

I have the exact same problem. Emailed Emma but no reply yet. I had a lightspeed panel and a my survay account; with different passwords on them both... What will my password end up being? haha

Same Again, although only had 170 points in Lightspeed so not the end of the world if it doesn't get sorted

Cashed out £8 just before migration, never got the paypal voucher and mysurvey won't reply to my mails. Very annoying

I complained about 2 surveys that kicked me off at the very end. Last question, submit, then it tells me the site couldn't authenticate my login details. No response.

Just cashed out £5 but think I'll call it quits after I get it.

Also have problems with certain surveys saying I've entered them so can't go back in even though I never did. Same as back when it was Lightspeed.

I never had that problem with lightspeed, but have had it three times with mysurvey.

There are 3 surveys sitting there but when I click the link i get a page that says

You have paused your interview before it was completed.

Unfortunately, this survey can only be accessed one time.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with the topic of the survey you were attempting to access.

They said this the first time I clicked on them. And there is no way of contacting them.

Have any of you guys requested paypal payment after the merge and successfully received it? I redeemed points on 1st of December, received confirmation but still no sign of money in the account, does it usually take that long? My paypal email address is the same as my account address. It's my first time redeeming points for paypal money, usually only done amazon which was instant.

I requested my first payment, after they changed, from them on 27 Nov, had a confirmation but naff all in my paypal account.

When it was Lightspeed it never too more tan 4 working days.
