I had a Lightspeed account but didn't get that original merging email and now can't log in to MySurvey...presume I've lost the few points I had with Lightspeed - have emailed emma to find out:j Growing Older is Mandatory, Growing Up is Optional :j0

Are you trying the right site?
I didn't get any emails either, just read about it in here. So I went to mysurvey.com and and it said i wasn't in their database.
Then I re-read this thread and went to http://uk.mysurvey.com and my account was there along with all my points.0 -

Some time ago, the MySurvey panel joined the Lightspeed family of panels. The MySurvey panel offers its members similar survey activities as the Lightspeed panel does. In our ongoing efforts to give you a better service and more exciting surveys with a wider variety of topics, the Lightspeed panel and the MySurvey panel are joining their forces to become MySurvey UK.
Your Lightspeed Panel user account has been transferred to the MySurvey UK website. As soon as your account is available on MySurvey, you will automatically be redirected to MySurvey UK. You will also receive a confirmation email from us when your account upgrade is finished.
Please read the following important information about your membership:
>> You will keep all your current points. Their value does not change and you will be able to redeem them for the same choice of rewards that you have today, INCLUDING PAYPAL.
>> As a member of the MySurvey panel, you will be invited to participate in surveys as you are today as a member of the Lightspeed panel. You keep all your membership benefits as both panels are providing their members with equally valuable benefits.
>> Your personal data are protected at the same security level on MySurvey UK as they used to be on the Lightspeed panel side. Both panels are managed by the same company, Lightspeed Research.
>> In case you already have an account at MySurvey UK, your two accounts will be joined together. Of course all the points you have earned so far on the Lightspeed account will be transferred to your MySurvey account. The value of your points will stay the same and you can choose from the same shops and vouchers when you want to exchange your points.
>> Lauren, the Lightspeed UK panel manager, will be working with Emma Morrison, the MySurvey UK panel manager. Emma will contact you in case she has any questions regarding the transfer of your account. Moving forward, Emma Morrison will be your contact for the panel.
Please add Emma Morrison (emma@mysurvey.eu) to your address book, so that you will continue to receive our survey invitations and any further information Emma might have about your membership at MySurvey UK.
>> On the day of the transfer (week-end of 20th November), it may happen that you can not access your account. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the upgrade of your account. We will email you as soon as your account has been activated.

Well this is annoying! My account no longer exists
I had an old My Survey account that I didn't use. Because of this, and because they've merged it with the Lightspeed account that I DO use, I'm not on their database any more! Very unhappy about this, I'm chasing it up but it all seems very 'well it's your fault, so tough'.

It may sound obvious but if you have your pc set to remember your log-in details, make sure they're correct. When i was redirected to the new mysurvey log-in page i got the same message. it was because i had an old mysurvey account i had forgotten about and the old log-in details were automatically being filled in instead of the lightspeed onesSealed Pot challenge - member No. 1023 :j0
