I've also filled in several long surveys only to get kicked off on the last page with a message saying it couldn't authenticate my login. I think you get timed out after too short a time. None of my complaints have been answered, not even the one via the website. I won't be filling in any more of their surveys until I get a response from Emma.

Since the merger I've had a message that my account is currently 'not active'. God knows what's going on - glad I only had about £3.50 left in the account though.

i too have requested cash-out and not been paid since the merger. have also had a lot of emails saying there are surveys but none when I log in!

I thought I would post, as obviously a few of us in the same boat!

I was beginning to think I wouldn't get my paypal payments. I requested one payout on wed 24th Nov, and another the following day.

Both have been paid today. So nine and ten woirking days, I make it. Slow, but at least it turned up in the end! :T

Hope everyone gets theirs soon.
