Lightspeed + MySurvey join forces, important message about your Lightspeed membership

You are currently a member of the Lightspeed panel and today we have great news for you!
Some time ago, the MySurvey panel joined the Lightspeed family of panels. The MySurvey panel offers its members similar survey activities as the Lightspeed panel does. In our ongoing efforts to give you a better service and more exciting surveys with a wider variety of topics, the Lightspeed panel and the MySurvey panel are joining their forces to become MySurvey UK.
In a few days, your Lightspeed Panel user account will be transferred to the MySurvey UK website. As soon as your account is available on MySurvey, you will automatically be redirected to MySurvey UK. You will also receive a confirmation email from us when your account upgrade is finished.
Please read the following important information about your membership:
>> You will keep all your current points. Their value does not change and you will be able to redeem them for the same choice of rewards that you have today.
>> As a member of the MySurvey panel, you will be invited to participate in surveys as you are today as a member of the Lightspeed panel. You keep all your membership benefits as both panels are providing their members with equally valuable benefits.
>> Your personal data are protected at the same security level on MySurvey UK as they used to be on the Lightspeed panel side. Both panels are managed by the same company, Lightspeed Research.
>> In case you already have an account at MySurvey UK, your two accounts will be joined together. Of course all the points you have earned so far on the Lightspeed account will be transferred to your MySurvey account. The value of your points will stay the same and you can choose from the same shops and vouchers when you want to exchange your points.
>> Lauren, the Lightspeed UK panel manager, will be working with Emma Morrison, the MySurvey UK panel manager. Emma will contact you in case she has any questions regarding the transfer of your account. Moving forward,Emma Morrison will be your contact for the panel.
Please add Emma Morrison (emma@mysurvey.eu) to your address book, so that you will continue to receive our survey invitations and any further information Emma might have about your membership at MySurvey UK.
>> On the day of the transfer (week-end of 20th November), it may happen that you can not access your account. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the upgrade of your account. We will email you as soon as your account has been activated.

MySurvey do not offer Paypal or Tesco as a reward option.

Ive had the same e-mail. I also with Mysurvey and your right in they dont offer paypal or tesco which is the big shortfall :-(
Ive cashed out with Lightspeed tonight so i will get the majority of what ive earnt through Paypal. Ive joined fir few voucher only sites and im working towards saving up amazon vouchers which fortunately Mysurvey does. Unfortunately however, Mysurvey cashout vouchers are higher (i think,if i remember rightly) than what it is on Lightspeed at the moment. Meanng you need to earn more points on Mysuvey than you would on lightspeed to recieve exactly the same award... not good£8,452.67 / £11,000.00 Challenge :j0 -

Just had the same e-mail. If you go to uk.mysurvey.com, it does state on the homepage that you can redeem points for PayPal. It also states on the e-mail itself that you will be able to redeem your points for the same rewards as previously claimed with Lightspeed Panel.
Hope this allays any fears.

It may say that on the homepage but once logged in and looking at the Reward Catalogue, there is no mention of Paypal.
I emailed MySurvey previously when they had just changed over to the current Reward system and asked if they would be consider offering Paypal as an option and the answer was no.0 -
Luckily I always swap Lightspeed points for Paypal as soon as I reach the threshold, so I won't lose much now if it goes wrong. I will though miss having a Paypal option and being able to cash out quickly.0

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question but here goes: How long does it take on Lightspeed for the points to show up on your account once you've completed a survey? I know that on ValuedOpinions it can take several days/weeks for your account to be credited though you can see "pending" payments right away.
I've taken quite a few "proper" surveys on Lightspeed in the last few weeks (as opposed to Quick Matches or About You) all of which offer 50-80 points, but have only got 50 points in the account so far. Unfortunately I didn't keep the ref. number of the surveys so can't email about them. I'm hoping that they just take a few days to show up?
Any help much appreciated as I can't find the answer on Lightspeed!Optima semper libera sunt

hi,as far as i know as soon as you complete the surveys on Lightspeed and click on submit you should immediatly get the points credited to you.0 -

This has been my experience too. I only once didn't get the points straight away and emailed Lauren. They were in my account within a day or two after that.

You show me the link in the MySurvey reward catalogue that says they pay using Paypal then
I've just logged in and checked and there is NOT a Paypal option in the Reward Catalogue
(edit to add - this post was in response to firecracker saying that mysurvey/tns offered paypal as an option and a second post that said mysurvey had changed, the member has since deleted their two posts)0
