Dear Lightspeed Panel member,

You are currently a member of the Lightspeed panel and we have emailed you a few days ago to inform you that the Lightspeed panel will join forces with the MySurvey panel.

This weekend (November 20th-21st), your Lightspeed account will be transferred to the MySurvey UK panel.

You don't have to take any action.

As soon as your account is available on MySurvey, you will automatically be redirected to MySurvey UK. You will also receive a confirmation email from us when your account upgrade is finished.

In case you have a question for which you can not find an answer on our FAQ page (see below), please feel free to contact us using Lauren's email address (Lauren@uk.lightspeedpanel.com).

I can't understand why they cannot continue to offer Paypal as both sites use Perks.com as the company that issues the rewards!
And I love the way they keep emphasising that the value of your points are the same on both sites- when they not!

Lightspeed won't work now.

My Survey is back up and they have combined my total points correctly

AND .... NEWSFLASH ..... Paypal is now an option ... Woohoo !!!

Edit - just requested £5 paypal.

Says "account isn't yet active" for me..:(
Both me and OH had an account each with lightspeed, what will happen now? Loads of points in both, so worried something will go wrong:(
