There is a mother and baby group but it is literally for mums and tiny babies. I take Ash to a toddler group but it's quite clichey and I always end up being sat in the corner on my own as I don't know anyone and at the moment I don't really have the confidence at the moment to approach people as I've become very self concious since having Kaitlyn.
As for counselling my hv hasn't said anything else except that I have mild PND and that she'll see me in 2 weeks.I'm guessing she's going to see how I am then and take it from there with regards to treatment/counselling etc.

You could try ringing up the gas/leccy people w/ a meter reading and see if you are in credit at all- i did the other month and i was in credit by 65 quid so they sent me a cheque!!
Are you doing mystery shopping at all? I did one at vodaphone yesterday no spend required was in and out in 10 mins easy-if you're in town anyway it'll be so easy to do esp if the little ones are in a buggy.0 -
i found uswitch more expensive but have you tried this?

I love reading your posts. Your intelligent, beautiful and have 2 gorgeous kids. Steve's OK too:D I love your style of writing and I think reading your diary, it had loads mores structure to it than many of these self-help books.
You should be very proud of yourself young girl as you have achieved so much.
Can I adopt you as a sister?:D :rotfl:

Hi Sarah

Morning all. Today I'm going to write down an action plan on how to cut down our outgoings before my maternity leave ends.
Already this morning I've managed to save ourselves £8 a month by switching our water direct debit to 12 months payments instead of 8. Every little helps after all.
At some point I'll call up scottish power and ask for our annual usage for gas and electric so we can get an accurate comparison with sites like uswitch etc. We're £20 in debt with our gas and electric bill because we're on one of those monthly payment plan things where you're in debt in the winter and credit in the summer but £20 isn't bad considering it's getting warmer now and Kwas born in January a week before we had loads of snow! Going to wait to see if scottish power reduce their prices too as I don't really want to move because they've always been brilliant and their customer service is fantastic.
Will post the full version of my action plan up when it's finished.. may involve posting on the main board for help as I'm running out of ideas!
Not feeling too bad today. Had a rough start to the morning when Ash had a full blown screaming kicking tantrum because I wanted to take her downstairs before getting K out of bed. *sigh*Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
