Day one... let me introduce.... uh.. what shall I call it... hmmmm any recommendations for a name anyone? 'Pinky' is already taken though, sorry :rotfl:
Anyway.. here it is.. as you can tell it needs a bit of TLC although it does look a bit better since I took off a filthy cracked front plate which was disgusting.. lol. As you can see it belonged to an 'artist' of questionable talent (Especially as it looks like they used tippex??????)

The neck is slightly bent but nothing of major concern especially as it was free....

Work done so far and cost

• Cleaned using kitchen roll and diluted tesco multipurpose cleaner - £0
• Removed cracked manky old front plate - £0
• Treid to scratch some of the paint of using a 10p piece - 10p (if you include the damage to the 10p :rotfl:)

Work to Do and estimated cost

Test electrics and dials when amp arrives - £0
If not working - £ ?
Strip old paint off - £0 if I can find the white spirit
Sand down - £1 for some sandpaper?
Repaint - £ ?

Once pinky arrives and I've got an amp I'll plug it in and test the electrics to see what needs doing. The pick ups look intact if filthy but will only know if it's working when it's connected to an amp. Come on pinky hurry up and arrive!!!

Had my first Egg card statement through this morning!! the balance is... wait for it.... £489.50.. min payment £14.50 and 0% interest :T Ste's citi statement is here too but it's be rude to open his post.. lol.

Ste's citi statement doesn't have the balance transfer on it so Ste rang them up. It went through the day after the bill was generated so apparently the balance transfer essentially paid this month's bill and we don't actually need to pay anything. Bonus! Will still pay it as we normally would when Ste gets paid. Can't believe we're so close to having Citi paid off!
