arghhhhhh had the complete night from hell last night. We went to bed at 10.30 exhausted after about 3 hours of Ash screaming and getting out of bed because she was overtired and didn't want to go to sleep in her big bed. Then K woke at 11.30 for a bottle, then Ash was yelling mummy at her bedroom door at 2am, K woke at 3am and had a bottle, 4am, 4.45am, 5.30am, 6.30am had a bottle and wouldn't go back to sleep, Ash woke at 8 and by this time I was ready to top myself....! I'm exhausted AND k's got her last jabs today.... OH JOY.

Oh nooooooooo!
It must have been the night for it last night, Natasha was up most of the night too. Wonder if it was because of the weather?
Have you got a webcam? Point it at your kids and I'll do some virtual babysitting while you have a sleep lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Krystal got up twice last night too
She usually sleeps through though.
I was a very lucky girl though as hubby dealt with her both times :j
Glad that your now feeling better ia, and also wanted to send congrats to you for keeping within your new budget this week :T
I have not done very well this week at all (Krystal's 2nd b'day next week and mil's b'day this sun)
Hope to make it up over the next few weeks though, we will see0 -
Hi sarah, just looking back through your posts - well done for passing over the 4000 mark - it's a real credit to you. Anyhow noticed you were spending about £4 on sauces in your budget. I used to do this but now make all mine for pennies.... mine usually consist of a tin of tinned tomatoes, a couple of squirts of tomato puree (keep in fridge and lasts for several meals), dried herbs or chilli powder or ground coriander or what ever else you want to flavour it with. I reckon each sauce I make costs:
tinned tomatoes - 20p
tomato puree 24p but will last for about 4-5 meals
dried herbs - tub from tesco - 30p lasts ages
other jars of herbs between 20-50p and last months...
1 stock cube - Tesco 19p for 10!!
I just throw everything in and don't mix it up before hand except the stock cube which I disolve before I put in. It's great experimenting with different herbs and spices and they are far tastier than the packets.
Cheese sauce is just as cheap and tastes better too though takes a little bit longer.Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0 -
I'm depressed. My bass hasn't arrived yet. :rotfl: Apparently she was sending it yesterday by standard parcels so it could be here tomorrow or it could be next week! Knowing Royal mail anyway....
Hmpffh.....
K's had her last jabs today. She's currently fast asleep in the double buggy. She had to have 3 injections this time.. poor mite..She seems to be coping ok so far though so fingers crossed.

Worst night yet... god I'm shattered. We went to bed about 11.50. K woke up just as we were getting into bed for a bottle, then she woke at 3, and 5 for food. But she did sleep in between so shouldn't complain really. The trouble, however, was from little madam Ashli. She decided at 2am that she was wide awake and was going to cry and cry and keep getting out of bed until she came into bed with us. Even then she didn't go to sleep for a good few hours, instead singing to herself and wriggling around in our bed. I'm so tired it's unbelievable. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Part of me is tempted just to put the sides back on her cot so we can sleep but I know that would just be a step backwards.....
What do I do???????????????Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Eek no advice re the cot but I know what it's like having a toddler in bed with you, my DD wakes up in the night and won't settle until I give in and she comes in with me, she gets in a right state about it! Trouble is it's easier to give in as then at least I'll get some sleep of sorts!
Maybe she's too young for the sides off yet? Dunno... what age do they suggest? Did she sleep through before the sides came off?
My DD's sides will be staying on til she's 18!! lol"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke

:grouphug: Sorry your so tired IA.
All I can suggest is perseverence - Ash needs to know that your boss and hopefully after a couple of days she'll decide that the carrying on isnt worth it coz mummy and daddy aint gonna give in
Grab your self a power nap when she drops this afternoon (which she probably will) and I hope that our bass comes today to but a smile on your face.
Lotsa Luv
