Thats quite a list! The "me" items sound great, now that I have a *little* bit more energy, I need to put some of those in place. I hope it goes really well today.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

No, no - she's being put into Madame Tussauds as a "Woman of Norfolk".

Legs duly waxed....barnet duly cut and all looking a whole lot better.
I've packed two boxes, the shed has been assessed - one load in the car ready to go to the tip after lunch, and a phone call required to XOH to ask what he wants me to do with some of the other stuff (which could well end up with a second trip to the tip, but not my call).
The cleaner has just finished, so although still with that chaotic feeling about the place, it does look a whole lot better than it did this time yesterday.
Lunch next, then off to the tip, then planning tomorrow's lesson, although I have had a call to warn me that the school may be shut if it is snowy/icy so we shall see what develops!

Hi Hypno, it sounds like you're achieving a lot today.
Had a couple of good days here too. Managed to lose 0.5 lbs - yes the last bit is superglued on, but it is gradually shiftingWe complained to a loyalty scheme at the start of the week, points seemed to be missing, yesterday they added them, so got enough to use for a nice treat
Then OH checked the bank a/c, and more cash than expected there, it turned out his employers were paying a bonus which he wasn't expecting
Hope you get a nice Christmas Bonus at work this year Hypno, I think you did last year.
It's good to hear that you're still finding time for the 'me' aspects, and hope your workshop goes ahead tomorrow.0 -
Yes, I do feel as though I am making progress today - even though the shed will not be completely clear, I know what is in there, and I am sure that it won't take much to finish it off once XOH has done his thing.
Had egg on toast for lunch, yum yum yum, and just going to have a coffee before heading to the tip, then back to reload for the charity shop. I have resisted the temptation to put the telly on, for fear I won't then move from the sofa. Instead my ipod is earning its keep. Loudly.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Are you coeliac Karma or just a bit intollerant? If the later, I have a much better solution than very gross gluten free bread (although the Tesco/Sainsburys sundried tomato ciabatta in GF is lovely). No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Intolerant, Gemmzie. You have something yummy up your metaphorical sleeve? Tell, tell!2023: the year I get to buy a car0
