The thaw then freeze cycle will give you ice. Cleared about 5 inches of global warming off my car tonight, then struggled to get out of the carpark as the defrosting snow had refrozen.

The snow is quite steady now and has laid on the ground, so I have no great expectations for tomorrow. If I was that productive more often, I would be incredibly pleased.....sadly it only happens rarely, and the effects aren't terribly long lasting!
Am now waiting for the boys to decide what time they want to go to their party.....I volunteered to taxi on the way there on the basis that one of the other parents would do the return journey later.....so at least I don't have to wait up.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
