By the time you read this you'll be back in the warmth, hopefully happy that you've earned some £££'s.
    Good for you :) x

I'm back - have a headache, but am glad that the class went ahead (or at least I will be glad when payday comes at the end of next month!)

the drive there was horrific - and I did have a couple of "seat of the pants" stopping moments.....one of which could have been very serious, but nothing I could do about it at all! thankfully the sun is out now so the roads are clearer, and the drive home was fine.

I really should do something productive now, but cba for a moment, so will have coffee, sit down, and decide what, if anything, I do from here - I quite fancy having "a weekend", but I know that I have much to do so will have to formulate some sort of compromise.

No football for me today because the big match, the local derby, is tomorrow, so I have that to look forward to :D

Hope you are all having a good day x

Glad you're home at a decent hour, so you can enjoy the afternoon. Did you look into the price of someone packing the house for you? There are local family firms here that aren't overly expensive.

    Just a thought :)

Always pack a spare pair of trousers when driving in snow. You can regulate your own driving, but everyone else's is the the lap of the Gods.

Or the lap of idiots - your choice...

The packing is actually going well now, mac - DD is helping out which is great. It is the garage and stuff which is the yukky bit, and that really needs XOH to come and sort out his stuff first.

Just been for a run - 5.75 miles. Going for a soak in the bath now with some music on v loud.....perfect!

She is. I am very lucky :)

Have just arranged to go out for something to eat (clubcard vouchers again :D) and to see Unstoppable with a girlfriend this evening. My weekend is shaping up nicely!

I will do, lucielle - there have been far too many years gone by when I would have turned down the invitation due to the cost. now, I am determined to ensure there is room in my budgets for things like this. It isn't exactly setting the world alight, but it is allowing myself to do a lot more than I had gotten used to :o

And so you should Hypno! It has been a long hard road to get here and the light is now shining brightly at the end of that tunnel.

You might not be setting the world alight but a night out is a night out - And you have made it an MSE night so ENJOY :D
