Is it technically 'spring' now? We have got beautiful clear blue sky here, makes you want to go out for a walk.

Have a good week, hope the weather stays good.

I think so - 21st is the Spring Equinox.....? Am sure someone will correct me if needed!

It certainly makes a difference when the sun shines a bit, and with the longer days too I feel a whole lot better than I do on those days when it is dark when I get to work, and dark when I leave, and pretty grey and wet and cold on the bits inbetween!

El, I have had years in the past when I ahve been unable to donate blood through being anaemic, but my blood type is quite rare so they want me to keep trying......it was one of the things on my "101 things to do" list that I made after XOH left.....to give blood again, partly because it is something I feel I want to do quite strongly, and partly because it might help me focus on getting myself healthy in order that my blood is good enough to take!! I managed to donate in November for the first time in about 8 years, so I was very pleased with that......fingers crossed for this evening.

Good luck with the blood! I tried about ten years ago and my veins were too small to get the needle in - they told me to come back when I'd grown up a bit. Have registered recently and hoping to go soon. Enjoy the biccies :)

    Hellooo all

Lovely weather here too. It definitely puts you in a better mood. I would like to give blood but I am needle phobic - I once fainted in a dentists room when he said I needed my wisdom teeth out. (I actually still have them embedded and they have never caused any trouble) Anyway we were talking blood not teeth :D Enjoy the biccies. :D
