I think so - 21st is the Spring Equinox.....? Am sure someone will correct me if needed!
It certainly makes a difference when the sun shines a bit, and with the longer days too I feel a whole lot better than I do on those days when it is dark when I get to work, and dark when I leave, and pretty grey and wet and cold on the bits inbetween!
El, I have had years in the past when I ahve been unable to donate blood through being anaemic, but my blood type is quite rare so they want me to keep trying......it was one of the things on my "101 things to do" list that I made after XOH left.....to give blood again, partly because it is something I feel I want to do quite strongly, and partly because it might help me focus on getting myself healthy in order that my blood is good enough to take!! I managed to donate in November for the first time in about 8 years, so I was very pleased with that......fingers crossed for this evening.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Hypno, what a lovely giving person you are, after everything you have been through over the last few years and your list of things you want to do includes helping others
when you could so easily have chosen just for you things xxx

Good luck with the blood! I tried about ten years ago and my veins were too small to get the needle in - they told me to come back when I'd grown up a bit. Hellooo all
Lovely weather here too. It definitely puts you in a better mood. I would like to give blood but I am needle phobic - I once fainted in a dentists room when he said I needed my wisdom teeth out. (I actually still have them embedded and they have never caused any trouble) Anyway we were talking blood not teethEnjoy the biccies.
