I'm not sure if my sleep pattern has anything to do with days of the week or whether I have exercised that day or not - I should, perhaps, take a bit more notice of these things to see if I can do anything about it.....! There are lots of variables, such as whether I am buzzing after a late night ski, or a football match.....whether I have been drinking, work piling up, etc etc....
I can pinpoint a couple of things that are contributing to it, which I will have to address - sometimes easier said than done, but at least I recognise the fact, so that is a start!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I rarely have a sleep pattern these days. I am so badly out of sync that i am grateful when i do sleep well..weirdly enough it is usually when i am ill. Or a certain person is not here..i think i can see a pattern there.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

The first step in solving any problem is "data"...There are lots of variables, such as whether I am buzzing after a late night ski, or a football match.....whether I have been drinking, work piling up, etc etc....
Yes indeedy - but some variables will make it worse, and some better. Some foods for example help sleep.I can pinpoint a couple of things that are contributing to it, which I will have to address - sometimes easier said than done, but at least I recognise the fact, so that is a start!

It's not weird that you sleep well when ill. It's your body's way of getting enough time to fight nasties and repair damage.boredofbeingathome wrote: »Or a certain person is not here..i think i can see a pattern there.
