How's your day been Hypno?
xxx
tiring! I have cancelled tonight's run because I just don't want to run out of energy completely.....I have a busy weekend doing more sorting for the house move etc, and need to keep something in reserve for that, as I can't afford a veg-on-the-sofa day at this stage!
But there is nothing *wrong* as such - just things catching up with me!!
DT, I have always found maintaining weight loss difficult, so am very pleased to have done so well this time round. urm, slowly! But Sunday is earmarked for bringing everything down in the loft, sorting and throwing stuff, and repacking those things that we want to take with us.
So far we have done more "sorting" than actual packing, which hopefully will mean that the actual act of packing won't be too scary. We will start boxing up when we get an actual date. Draft contracts have been issued and I got my mortgage deed to sign today so it seems to all be going according to plan.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. If I could offer some advice I would say don't wait for a moving date before you start packing. Anything you rarely use; books, fondue set etc - I'd pack now, as there is always more than you anticipate and it will feel less overwhelming if you have made a start.
Good luck with it, in just a few short weeks it will all be over and you can veg in your lovely *new* house0 -
Yes, this weekend we will be making a proper start on it all, mac. I have such a busy few weeks, with various things, that if I am not careful I will end up working 24/7 on the packing at the end of it all, and that is not something that I look forward to! I do, however, look forward to being in the new house, and really cannot wait
Well, I was so tired last night that I went to bed at 9.....think I might do the same again tonightI am feeling positive about the future, but the ups and downs of the last couple of weeks have wiped me out, and I really want to get myself back into balance pretty damned quickly so that I can enjoy what is ahead of me.
Moneywise, payday is hopefully on Tuesday. I will scrape through with what is left in the bank, and some birthday money that arrived yesterday will pay for drinks etc at the football tomorrow, (which I thought I was going to have to miss on account of being skint) so that is excellent too. So, all in all, despite a bit of usage of the CC which will get cleared, I am pleased with how things have gone in what was always going to be a very unpredictable month!
Hope you all have a good day xxSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
All looking positive and doesn't sound like it will be long before you move now.0
