    gally - I wasn't implying you don't have a life - honest!!

mac, I am in touch with P, but she doesn't pop by on MSE very much.....so we are more or less up to date, but tonight will be a lot of fun because it is ages since we have had a proper "on the sofa, glass in hand" catch up :D

Last night was great - everyone brought something with them, food or drinks wise.....so although I spent a fair bit on the paella stuff, overall my spends were very reasonable considering the amount of food and drink we had. :T

Have a good day, yourself.....bacon and eggs are now calling me, before heading into the shower and trying to make myself presentable for a 3 hour workshop......

I have a life - it's just not a very exciting one :rotfl:.

OH hates the cinema and I can't go during the week as I never know if I'll be home in time (and am liable to fall asleep :o). I do go if I stay with a friend near the office - but that is a proper night out - old 30's style cinema with pre-theatre dinner in their restaurant then really comfy chairs and a bar IN the cinema. That's my kinda place :D

We have a cinema like that near me and I would love to go more often - once in 8 years so far :rotfl: But my OH and I have such different taste in films :(

Last night sounded great Hypno and once teaching is over it sounds like you have another excellent day ahead of you :D

Hope the teaching goes OK even though it is a class you don't enjoy and you are being observed

Oh, I have managed to wriggle out of the "being observed" bit......so now it is just a class I don't enjoy.......not ideal, but a much better prospect!

And once 1pm arrives and the class is finished.......I will be one happy hypno for sure :D

That would be the same one Maty - he's barking mad isn't he :rotfl:. One girl who used to organise nights out would just pick a random date that suited her, see who else was free then book tickets - good fun as some random films were seen that way, rather than trying to find a date all could make to see a particular film.

  • Sounds like you had a lot of fun there Hypno. I am having a similar night next Friday with friends and some cousins ( just the ladies ) and I can't wait. My brother makes fabby curries so I am going to get him onto that and I will just need to cook rice and heat up naan on the night. Most folks love a curry so that'll be grand. I'll bake some desserts and voila , we have a party.
