Morning all - yes, hangover has def gone, but sadly I have the beginnings of a streaming cold.....great. Still, better to have it for a few days now, give into it a bit, and then it still leaves me enough time to get the miles in for the marathon, rather than to come down with it in a few weeks time.
I will be taking plenty of vitamins, though, and will be stocking up at Boots today to ensure that as little time as possible is devoted to snot.....!
