I can see the attraction but I'd break my ankle! That's if I could get them on over the bl**dy bunion that came from goodness knows where.
I seriously need some new smart shoes but I haven't a clue where, what or how much. I've had a lovely comfortable pair of eccos for years having found a cobbler who'll repair these "non repairable shoes". But they won't hold out much longer.CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420 -
Ladies I think we have identified a gap in the market. There is a definite opportunity for a purveyor of "Sexy comfy shoes capable of accommodating bunions and giving the allusion of height".
Although the only place I go where such shoes could be worn is work and I am not sure what the point of wearing them there would be.0 -

Do expensive shoes last longer? I have one pair of more expensive boots and so far they are lasting well but they are only 11 months old (look brand new though), I've always bought cheaper shoes but starting to wonder if they are a false economyNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130

I LOVE shoes, and truely cherish the one pair of Jimmy Choo's I own - I bought them for myself when I graduated (promised at matriculation I would, and I did) They are basic black court shoes and I plan to wear them at my own funeral!!
Hypno, the boots you got didn't come in brown so I was able to resist but did try the black ones on and you were so right, super slim calves
Gemmzie, I do think expensive shoes last longer, I have thrown out many cheap pairs but the few good ones I own still look great!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

Ah yes, there's nothing like shoe shopping..... Even when clothes don't fit - shoes always do!
I also love perusing the Mac eyeshadow counter too - glitter-tastic0 -
Gally - those boots are lovely - I would happily own a pair of those!
Gemmz. when I have fabby shoes I look after them more, so they last longer - for some reason cheap shoes never get repaired when they need to be, and just generally get tattier quicker, so I end up either wearing tatty shoes, or throwing them out.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
