oh .......... love the shoes.......... they would make me about 6ft tall though ! I've taken to wearing heels again as my osteopath told me not to wear flats all the time as they aren't always good for your back.

I am only 5ft 4.....so even with heels like these I am not over tall....and it brings me to a level where I can see eye to eye with my male colleagues

I have always been happier in heels - even before I got my first pair as a young teen, I walked everywhere on tiptoes....

I am now corrupted. I didn't even know there was such a thing as shoe !!!!!!....and now I will never be satisfied with modest heels, rubber cloggs, flip flops and wellies ever again. That link should have an adults only warning.

I have spent so many years buying shoes as cheap as I can get away with....yet have yearned for beauties like these and my recent boot purchase.....

So, it is lovely to be able to treat myself......I won't be doing so too often though - not at that price. But I will enjoy them, and will take special care of them

Love Love Love them. I love heels. Unfortunately Mr C is only a fraction taller than me so (even though he doesnt mind) I rarely wear heels these days but I do love a nice pair of heels. Makes me feel special. Hypno, they might seem expensive but just think of them like this. They are classics so will never go out of fashion. If you have been buying cheap shoes for so long then if you divide the price by the number of cheap shoes you have bought and they havent lasted then I bet they are a bargain. And anyway, you deserve them!

Love shoe !!!!!! and love the shoes too. Though I could never wear anything like that - never learned to walk on high heels. But I am the woman with 42 pairs of shoes at last count - not buying now but I can always look. (Use similar approach to men - I have made my choice but I can still look).

We are going skiiing the second half of February - very MSE a friend has a house near a great skiing resort in BG. Will be humiliating - Little Boy will no doubt be on the red slopes and his parents on the baby one. Oh well - at least I am not giving up.

I'm a pretty good skier, FW, but my children are soooo much better than me, and I certainly manage to humiliate them from time to time! Still, it lends itself to plenty of laughs on the slopes, so I can cope with the embarrassment
