    Maybe it would be nice then to send them on to another dfw'er, someone just starting their journey perhaps, and they can become an ongoing symbol of dfw-ness ... a bit like an Olympic torch for dfw's everywhere :rotfl:

    Hope you manage to get everything packed up. Why not leave the sprouts behind as a 'welcome' present to the new owners!!

    Because they've been really good, and making them all fuzzy inside wouldn't be very nice... ;)

    Hypno I have always had a 'need' for a social life and when I came back to the UK and saw the way some Brits carry on with all work and no play I thought I'm not doing that!!! and had great fun on very little cash. So enjoy it all and laugh lots in the New Year X

    I think this would be a fantastic MSE Torch relay, being passed from person to person, home to home - and you will always know that life was NEVER desperate enough to open the tinned sprouts :D

    Wonder how many homes we could get them round :rotfl:

    We've been out but no buses and few tubes so lots of trudging through snow and late arrivals in London.
    Will there be a minimum debt to achieve the tin accolade? Or should it be an award when 10% 0r 50% etc has been paid off?

    Have had a superb evening with the guys. Love them all to pieces and they have been soooooo good for me this year. Long may it continue.

    Tried to be MSE and offset the cost of the cab home by getting the bus in.......so token effort there. Paid my share of the meal and the drinks so not a cheap night, but hey, at least I can work around it now, whereas in years gone by it would not have even been an option.

    So, hurrah for having a life.

    And now, hot water bottle and bed xxx
