Hello everyone i have been lurking a while on this thread and would love to join in the fun with my two elves Jolly & Holly Merry Berry (they are brother and sister). I did this last year with my two daughter's (5&2yrs) and my oldest can't wait for them to come and stay (and neither can i !!). I have bought loads of crafts to do and have planned Jolly and Holly's mischeif, and have bought a little set of suitcases for them to arrive in with there belongings from hawkins bazar. Can i please have passports too if its not too much trouble? Thank you
I love christmas0 -
I cannot wait until 1st Dec! My eldest DD (5) arrived home from school on Tues to find the doorstep covered in glitter snow (ELC) with a letter from Father Christmas telling her she had been chosen to have an elf to stay!
Also went out and bought a few more bits yesterday. I got a pre-it pink tree from Asda (£7) & an angel tree topper for Percy to erect in her room one day, I got a colour-in 'Merry Christmas' banner from The Works, a stocking garland for her to decorate, some 'Write a letter' to santa set (99p) and a lovey felt bag for him to leave goodies in from Poundstretcher and I also got some christmas edition post it notes for him to leave little messages around the house!
Just need to get a notebook now and then cover it in christmas paper if I can't find a christmassy one!
Was really pleased yesterday as well to get a parcel which had polystrene (sp?) balls in for packaging so have put this away for snowball fights!!0 -
ooh just gpot back from hitting the cheap shops, pound world have date stamps with a little ink pad for £1, also asda have huge chocolate pennies for £1 picked up a few for the kids stockings, could not find a cheap note book anywhere, but asda have a pack of 3hard back A5 notebooks for £2 one red one black, but they scan at 50p - going to cover all the outside in xmas pics and pics of my elves and back with book backing0
