christmas elf 2010

I am the only one up in this house and have just had to crawl downstairs on my hands and knees because the elf has decorated across the stairs. It seemed like a good idea last night when we were all upstairs lol!! does anyone else find themselves doing daft things due to the elf fun? :rotfl:

Yes - my family all think I'm a bit mental (but they love reading the FB posts):rotfl: but even the teachers at school have got involved with the elf magic, it's been great

I have this lovely idea of Bouncy sending my boys a postcard/ letter from the North Pole after his Christmas party (the reason he has to go back tonight).......... but do you think i can find a simple picture online that i can steal and superimpose his face over another elf's........

I am loving this and have got my elf. One of my daughters rag dolls that she was bought when she was first born but has never played with. Of course she will be christmassed/blinged up and will be the yearly elf that can hopefully become a family tradition.Have already got a list of christmas antics due to reading ALL of the pages here. Going to start thinking/buying things and then its not too much expense nearerf the time. Going to start on the clothes first :j

Can't wait to start elfing this year !!! got a gorgeous elf hand puppet from card factory £1.99 !!! and a gingerbread man cuddly toy £1.99 aswell also from card factory ! x

This is our elf mischief this year! Just one more to think of! I'm starting to struggle now, we've had the elf (George Jangles) for coming up to four advents now so ideas are getting harder!


1 - Arrival & advent calendar
2 - Changes the bedding (to xmas bedding!)
3 - Toothpaste message on the mirror
4 - Build a lego house and leave bring a lego elf
5 - Toilet paper the christmas tree
6 - Playing with toy story toys
7 - Brings ELC play sets (happy land xmas & rosebud fr ELC)
8 - Santa letter writing with stickers & writing paper
9 - On the living rom light (its a chandelier thing!)
10 - Snow spray patio doors snowflakes
11 - Pants on the stocking holders
12 - Elf on the ipad (selfies & xmas app?)
13 - Builds a house out of mega blocks
14 - Movie day
15 - Make star biscuits
16 - In the car
17 - Zip wire across DD’s bed using candy cane
18 - Hot air balloon with paper cup & ribbon with helium balloon
19 - Green toilet block in the toilets
20 - In Nia’s school shoes
