  • I'm having far too much fun with this elf lark lol trying to keep the week antics to the minimum as 3 of the girls are at school. so its little things like colouring books... elf doing silly things etc. Think i have hot chocolate and dvd day tomorrow when they come home from school.

Wow, Elf Ruddy is sooo naughty....
We've had snow spray grafitti and a huge snowball fight already, he even ate my advent chocolate yesterday :(
I hope he's doesn't do anything naughty at school today :/

Pip drew a christmas tree overnight last night.
Both boys wanted to take him to school but I said that it may be best if I took him on Friday for thier carol concert. They can take his introduction letter and show teacher maybe.
  • Our Elf Buddy complained that the decorations for christmas were not up yet.
My DD explained they were in the loft waiting for the fairies so Buddy decided to suprise her and put some up.
Unfortunately the first box of decorations he came to were the halloween ones so thats what he put up!
DD = delighted and highly amused
OH thinks I've lost the plot
me? Having a great time :T

these are very very naughty elves.

DH had a VERY lengthy conversation with Bouncy Ben Elfling last night and after every sentence pressed his tummy to make him talk then carried on commenting on what he'd said.

DS1 was in histerics........ I just 'looked' at him to be told..........
"you started this charade so I guess I'll have to go along with it"............ I sware he's enjoying it more then the kids!!!!!

P.S. he was up the tree this morning - the elf not DH.
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:
  • Jingles & Belle are having a BIG impact already this year, they have decided to keep a journal, and told us eldest dd is currently on the naughty list cos of the mess of her bedroom, she's 12 & just shrugged her shoulders. However, when I got in from work this evening she dragged me upto her room...spotless!!! cleanest its been in years! Dh said she had been up their almost 2 hours! Im very impressed!
The elves were hiding in school boots this morning, but also answered youngest dd's question of what their favourite food is, they wrote "snowcakes & candy milk". Think they might suprise the girls for breakfast tomorrow with red & green milkshakes and mini snowflake shaped pancakes!!!

Went into morriscones today, picked up a kids activity book "christmas things to make & do" it was £3 and full of some fantastic crafty makes, would recommend as an elf gift that keeps giving!!!
It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.
