Our elf so far has brought the advent calendars, some mini Xmas trees (real plants) and this morning was found surrounded by biscuit crumbs and half eaten biccies lol I had left for work but apparently the kiddies faces were a picture (they are 2 and nearly 4)

jingles & belle are currently sat at kitchen table with bowls full of mini marshmallows, and glassess of green & red skittles! (ive hidden a chocolate pudding in each bowl too for dd's)! Posted elf swap cards yesterday along with a small wrapped gift...
Looking forward to receiving ours soon...

Elf Ruddy has been rather naughty since he arrived, K has taken him to bed tonight and has a firm hold on him so no naughtiness :(
He's left msgs in flour, had a fashion show, eaten my chocolate and had a snowball fight, as well leaving jokes for K to find.
This is our 3rd elf year, new elf though as 'Sparkle' (the original) has an important job in the toy factory, he's popping in for a visit soon if Santa will give him a day off.

Forgive me and remove if this is too spammy! Really don't want to spoil anyone's enjoyment.

For those who've not had a visit from an Elf yet, our family business has seen the arrival of lots of the Gund Peppermint variety today. They're ready to 'adopt' now and can be with you tomorrow - (I'm not allowed to post links, see the blog below)

We've also started a blog about the experiences we have with our Elf visitor, Elfin - ElfCrazy.com
  • the elves received their first card today, thankyou elf ruddy! the girls loved doing the xmas door hangers, they have them hung on their doors already, and they made the "extra" one to hang on our bedroom door!
popped into morriscones today & couldnt resist the cute festive teddies they had for £3 each! They are a really good size (think buildabear size) very soft, and extremely cute! Have got a polar bear & reindeer (they also had penguins & robins) elves are going to have a tea party with them tonight, and then i will let girls choose who has which!

I'd read the posts about facebook deleting accounts so I set my elf up on a page.
When you have your facebook on screen there are lists down the left hand side Favourites, Pages, Apps, Groups, etc. If you go to Groups there is an option to Create Group.
It is pretty easy to set up (I'm not great at I.T so if I can, you can!)
My page is 'Buddy Snowbottom' if you want to see what I did? I'm new at the elf thing and the MSE forum thing but I'll help if I can with any questions

Thanks Bargain hunt - I haven't been able to get on for a couple of days and will not be here this weekend (seeing my dad who has had an operation this week and still in hospital) - so I would love to take you up on offer of help but won't be until next week. Thanks again - I know I'll find it easier to post piccs on facebook!
