mischief has sort of started at the hotel, the elves sent the kids an email saying they would find them where ever we are and a 2 days later the received a photo xmas card under 1 of the hotel room doors with names and hotel rooms etc and "by hand" at the bottom. they were sooooo happy.

we are at hhotel for at least another week so i have grabbed a few easy to do bits like colouring books and the wii game. BUT i had a thought - the hotel toewls are white and fluffy...... i'm going to make a giant snowman in 1 of the rooms from the towels, 1 of kds hats and socks etc!

have received the xmas card list and they will be sent in next few days, if anyone has mine on the list please still send them even though we not at home, i still can get in house to get bits etc, just cant live there at the moment. x

I have just finished dressing our build a bear reindeers ready for their flight with the elves tomorrow! Have also written a letter from Father Christmas and one from our Elves too!

My partner is going to put Binky Tinseltoes by the front door with a bag which has a letter from father christmas, his passport, his sleigh driving licence, his book for recording good or bad behaviour and a book so children can write in what Binky has been up to. He will then ring the doorbell and run away so my dd can find Binky there.

I think the first night Binky will not cause too much mischief as he will be tired from his journey

WooHoo, all excited for Trumpy Frosty Bells arriving tomorrow. My boys are climbing the walls with excitement, I can't wait to see their faces. He is bringing them Lego Advent Calenders so I know they will be super happy with that.

Tonight is prep night for all the mischief he will be getting up to. Not sure if it's me or the kids enjoying it more!

when the elves go to bed where/ which room are you putting them in?
I am having a major panic, not done passport or sorted anything ready for tomorrow so he may have to come at the weekend now.

My elf is on facebook & just been on there to update status (haven't been on there for a while either) & someone has hacked my account!! I only found out as i had a message from someone saying they had received offensive messages from me & have blocked and reported me! Don't know what i can do about this?? Have changed my password but really hoping my account doesn't get deleted

DS had afternoon off school due to strike so we put the tree up ready for elfies arrival! He will be under the tree in his bed with advent calenders for DS and neighbours kids and will have some kind of crafty thing to do after school. We have also checked his facebook page and he is still waiting for confirmation from the big man lol

My two kids are getting excited for when our elves arrive. Still haven't decided on how they are going to get here this year yet either. Will wait until the kids are sleeping before figuring it out I suppose. I was in B&M today they they had gingerbread houses in there for £1.99. This apparently comes with the icing and everything one needs to make one and the are not big think more child sized and perfect for one night the elves can bring to the kids to do something. Also B&M has a Father Christmas toilet seat cover for £1.99, something else the elves can do in decorating the loo!
