3 members of my family have been with MOBILESHOP cashback deals over the last 12months & have foudn it increasingly difficult to get money paid back, having to chase them at least once for each voucher's payment. I also agree that they have changed their terms from paying after 45days to now 60days & they send you email when they receive the voucher & then expect you to go to their link on the email (which invariably doesn't work) to choose whether you want cashback or alternative vouchers & they then take 60days (at least) to pay from the date you do this.I am reluctant to get another deal with them. Anyone got any feedback on deals from 'cool new mobile'?
I also want to keep my old mobile no, but am told that I can't keep it if I stay with the same network (currently O2). Frustrating since I've managed to keep the same no for the last 9years. I don't want the bother of going PAYG for a while then another network either. Any suggestions?0
