i had no problem getting cashback from mobileshop., but after a along delay.with e2save i got cashback on time.Regard

I received my 1st cash back payments after 60 days as they have changed there T&S, however I also noticed the following,
A) At present they do not have any competitive deals on when comparing to E2save so they must be aware that they are losing business to them.When I chased them up for the cash back I seem to be told different stories by different people in customer’s services
1) Sorry sir we have some problem with bacs systems so your payment will be delayed.
2) Sorry we have changed the T & S to 60 days.
Now to me this look like sign of troubles but I hope I am wrong as I still have 3 more claim to make on them.
Sorry English is my second language but I hope I manage to raise my concern effectively.

There was a problem with the BACS payments but they have delayed the cash back payments due to the networks paying the commission later. I received the email below, I still find it unacceptable that other online retailers can pay with 45 days of receiving your claim, but at least Mobileshop are a pretty safe option with cash back.
Thank you for your email, this payment has been delayed by 2 weeks because of the changes in the commission payments made to us by the networks have changed, this is what we pay your cashback from.
We do apologise for this delay and can confirm this payment will be made direct to your bank account 18/10/2006 and will clear to show in your account 7-10 days later.0 -
As I have said before, BACS is a 3 day process - if sent on the 18th Oct, it will clear on the 20th (morning if your bank is on the ball, evening if they like making you wait). If it doesn't clear on 20th, then they are lying to you if they say they sent the money via BACS on the 18th (without post dating the payment).Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers :eek: )!0

All I can say is that I have received all my cashback from mobileshop without any chasing.
I am less concerned with cashback being delayed a couple of weeks, than getting my cash back at all.
In that respect I have been very happy in the past with mobileshop and would use them in the future0 -
Well I think we all r happy to get the cash back but some of us r trying to read between the lines here and I find the following two lines very hard to sallow,
a- \Bacs problem seems like routine line forward as they have said the samething to customers whose cash back was months apart mine was in July.
b-\ They currently have no offers which are competitive with say E2save they must known, every day than they must be losing business to e2save and others.
Pleases look at the bigger picture I am finding it very hard to believe that Mobileshop would be around for too long or they r not having some sort of financial problems.
Onemore thing please I do want them around as I have 3 more payments due from them -lol
