    Good Morning

The washing went out onto the line yesterday and then it started raining heavy whilst I was out so left it out overnight and now its dried so will have to bring it in and re-wash

Just tackling the ironing mountain this morning and then this afternoon I'm going to go through all our clutter and decide what can go to a carboot sale that we're doing in a few weeks time.

DH is out tonight, so the kids and I have got a chinese takeway from Mr As. I might pop out in abit and pick up a foodie magazine and some choccie for tonight. No studying for me tonight :j

I may even put a chick flick on and have a nice quiet night with no-one moaning at me about x,y or z. DH is really fed up with me studying every night but he won't be moaning when its benefitting him!

Right back to my ironing pile :(

    Good Morning

Thanks Mummytogirls - I enjoyed the peace and quiet last night but I had forgotten that it was the Eurovision on tv last night and there was jack all on, on the other channels  Had I known all this earlier I would have bought myself a cheap DVD as I looked through all mine and didn't fancy watching any of them last night.

I enjoyed the chocolate and beer, read my Good Food magazine and managed to find 2 episodes of One Born Every Minute on tape so I watched those, but it makes me really broody. I don't know why because I don't exactly want a 3rd baby but babies are so gorgeous!

Ok enough brooding today its Finances day, this morning I need to sort out our own finances and then this afternoon I'm doing some work for a client so I'm going to be boggle eyed by tonight.

I've planned an easy dinner for tonight of pizza, new potatoes and salad.

No studying tonight though as I need to get the house insurance sorted out. Hopefully DH will finish the hill of ironing off at some point this morning that I didn't manage to get done yesterday.

Have a good day all xxx

Well our finances are now done and upto date again, not looking too bad. One thing for after my exams is to really keep a closer eye on the grocery budget as this is the one area that gets overspent on. DH has also made about 3 trips to Halfords over the last couple of weeks so its these little things need to be kept a check on.

DH has not done the ironing  He's laid about all morning, moaning that he's dying, its a waste of money to go out and why did he do it, so not too impressed with him. He's promised that he will do the ironing one night next week, I'll hold him to that!!

I've sent him out with the kids for a kick around in the park this afternoon so I can get on with my work in peace :T

Had a quick work out of the days to DFD based on current info and its

    190 DAYS :T

Hopefully when DH gets his bonus this will trim a few days off this number :j

    Hi Muumytogirls and Abba

Yes it really is (hopefully) 190 days unless we fall off the debt busting wagon in a spectacular fashion!

Mummytogirls - the Good Food magazine is really good but they've also got a really good website and Deliaonline website is really good as well.I get loads of ideas from them xx

    Good Evening

Well I got a little bit excited at work today :o I checked my bank balance and it was lower than yesterday so I thought that we'd been successful with our Olympics tickets - but no it was just the payment for DHs car! Oh well theres always tomorrow but hopefully not until next Wednesday when DH gets paid.

My moneybox is empty :( I've had to pay a friend for a show ticket so I'm officially broke again, at least the money was all saved up though :j

Had a really busy day at work today but don't feel like I'm getting anywhere at the moment as I have so much to do and not enough time to do it.

The fridge looked quite healthy last week after I'd been shopping but today it looks as though a plague of locusts has gone through it, either that or I didn't buy as much as I thought I did.

At the moment I'm just wishing time away and want these damned exams out of the way and then I might get a grip on life again.
For instance I'd planned to make some baguette pizzas for the kids lunches this week, I've bought the pepperoni for the topping but no baguettes  Looks like its pasta salad for a few days, we've also run out of spread but I refuse to go shopping midweek as this is my downfall, going to buy x for £1 and end up spending £20.

Right enough from this moaning minnie xxx

Thanks Mummytogirls. the money hasn't been taken today either.

Well another busy day at the office, I'm finally knuckling down again and ploughing through the workload. All the bank holidays and school holidays have really put me behind and I'm struggling to catch up, plus factor in debt thoughts and exam worries and it hasn't been a very productive time for me.
I can be very easily distracted by the internet as well and have to remind myself that I'm not actually been paid to surf the internet :o Oh dear I'm not portraying a very good picture am I? I am a really conscientious, hard working individual but have been distracted recently.

Not much to report on the money front, I bought my DN birthday present today so I'll drop that round at the weekend. I was really restrained and didn't buy anything in Next for my 2 or myself.

I'm still amazed at the amount of willpower that I really do have, long may it continue.

I really CBA to study tonight and I'm really tired so I'm going to get a nice, warm bath and give the kitty cat a cuddle instead.

I've also impressed myself with resisting the urge to go and do a top up shop as we could really do with a few extra things for pack ups and some spread but non of us are going to starve without crisps! It just takes abit of imagination and a lunch can be rustled up!

I'm looking forward to watching Jamie Oliver tonight, he's in Los Angeles and thats one of my dream destinations to visit.

Right enough waffling from me xx
