    Hi Mummytogirls

I feel quite sad when I'm walking round scribbling down my number but if it works for us who cares ;)

The plans for this weekend are:-

    1) Swish and swipe the upstairs as it got a good blitz last week
    2) Put some ironing away
    3) More washing to do
    4) Do some more baking as the kids demolished it all through the week.
    5) Visit some friends later on and we're getting fed as well so even better!
    6) Tweak the budget yet again!!
    7) Have an afternoon out tomorrow
    8) Sort out a clients year end filing

So a big list there yet again.

Have a good weekend yourself Mummytogirls, ps did you watch Benidorm last night? :rotfl::rotfl:

    Good Evening

Mummytogirls, that programme sounds very exciting :rotfl:

I got 2 loads of washing dried on the line today, it smells gorgeous!

We've had a lovely afternoon visiting our friends and the 5 kids all played nicely, even my own 2 got on without bickering.

My friend is a fab cook and we've had a really nice dinner. Our friends have got a gorgeous black labrador and DD adores her, so all evening all I've heard is can I have a dog? No I don't think so DD.

Mmm just finished off a creme egg, so much for my diet :EasterBun Chocolate mmmmmm xxxx

The list has been half completed, the other half will be done tomorrow :T

    Good Afternoon

The sun is shining and I have another 2 loads of washing out on the line.

I have just tweaked the budget again, I don't think I can possibly have missed anything off now. My savings account spreadsheet has 35 different columns for all my little savings pots for various items!!!
Its becoming an obsession but I would just love to be able to pay for everything when it becomes due instead of juggling etc.

Right off to hunt out some lunch, we'll head out later for a walk somewhere.

Good Morning, its a little chilly again this morning.

Ok I think I've been going at all this the wrong way.

I have become so obsessed with making sure that everything is accounted for in its own little pot that when it something becomes due and theres not enough in that pot I'll deduct whatever its short by from the debt repayment allocation for that month, thus meaning I don't repay as much as planned. However in the total pot there will be enough for everything eventually so for example if a Brownie sub was due at £15 today but I only had £10 available I could "borrow" money from the car tax pot and repay it next month with the Brownies money that will be saved and not have to be spent for another 3 months.

    What a muppet I've been :(

    Anyway onwards and upwards

Also had yet another play with DFD and if we can manage to repay £478 per month as well as using my bonus, holiday money, extra month of child benefit etc etc our last debt repayment should be 1st March 2012 :j

Of course I want to bring that forward and this doesn't take any payrises, DH getting bonus, extra work, extra savings in expenses into account so if we try extra, extra hard we could shave at least a month off this :j

I'm confident that we can make our last debt repayment 01/02/12

    Good Morning

Thanks Abba, I won't leave myself short I've made that mistake before.

Mummytogirls - 35 columns is probably a tad obsessive, but its working for us so I'll continue - who knows it might even get to 40 :rotfl:

Its a lovely, frosty sunny start here this morning and I have a really busy day ahead of me. I have a year end to sort out at work and I need to go to the bank as well to bank some coins and cheques into our bank account for a change.

Tonight is going to be a studying night as the exams are looming and I want to get finished now so I can hopefully enjoy the warm weather when it eventually arrives.

Have a great day everyone xxx
