Hi PWPS
I think they feel its their right and so much easier than just putting it away x0 -
True but its bl**dy irritating.0
-
Its really irritating Pennywise. We had an argument about how it's always my responsibility to file everything and to know where everything is. I was so annoyed I even used the F word which is not a word that I usually use.
I got myself into abit of a state as I was pretty annoyed that I am trying to get things sorted out in every area of our lives and DH just seems to be breezing through without ever taking anything extra on.
Men!!! I felt like walking out and leaving him to it!!
Right thats my moan over, I'm going to open a bottle of wine0 -
Oh no choogirl, my DH also leaves his post on top of the microwave. Most annoying thing is he leaves the envelope there too and cant even throw it in the bin argh .
Hope your feeling less irritated today, bloody men, who'd have em haha!!! xMummytogirls x0 -
I got to the point that i couldn't stand it any more and if its stuff like his wage slip or bills i open them for him and file them, have made him set up direct debits for all bills, as bills used to arrive and he didn't pay them, not because he didn't have the money simply because he would open a letter and then put it down somewhere and forget about it:mad:, i'm probably not doing him any favours but at least things are a bit more organised.0

Thanks Mummy and Pennywise, I'm alot calmer today and all the stress between us has gone thankfully.
Had a good day today, transferred our payments across and we're now just above £9k so its heading in the right direction :j I have sorted out the filing mound and everything is now filed, binned or shredded. We have also sorted out an intray so hopefully yesterdays fiasco shouldn't happen again.
I have got £63.50 worth of clubcard vouchers so these can be used over the summer for days or meals out.
I have almost finished my finances to do list, I still need to look into PPI claims but I don't think they'll be anything to claim. I also need to update my savings account spreadsheet with the amount that I have just transferred across. I have set up a spreadsheet with a column for each area that I am saving money for, eg car expenses etc.
I renewed my car insurance but not with the original one reported, when I revisited the site it came out at £320 as they added an extra premium on for protecting my no claims bonus. I have gone through Quidco and it cost me £272 with £24 cashback so its cost me abit more but its all paid in full :T
Right thats enough waffling from me xx0 -

I think we all have guilty messy vices, even Monica from Friends had a messy cupboard! xx0 -
Good Morning,
I've not had the best start to the day.
I was super organised this morning, all the pack ups had been made, uniforms laid out, school shoes cleaned and school bags ready and then DD and DS started bickering and carrying on in their normal fashion! I think the windowcleaner must have heard them carrying on and he was 3 doors away!
Arrgghh why can't I have children that get on with each other? Why does everything have to be made so much more stressful just because they can't be nice to each other?
I am also starting to worry again, what if we can't continue to pay off the set amount? What if I can't control my grocery shopping?
What if????
I am worrying about things before they even happen and thats not good!
I'm finding it so hard accepting that theres always something to pay for thats not in my monthly budget, this morning I saw the window cleaner lurking so no doubt he will need paying today and its not in my budget because I forgot!!0 -
Morning Choogirl,
I think its only natural to have a little wobble every now and then. Just look how far youve come some far and how organised you have become.
We all forget to put things into our budget, no matter how hard you try theres always something that pops up and throws you off course.
You have done fantastic so far, dont worry about the if's and but's!!
Hope today gets Monday, bl00dy kids who would have them! My DD2 is currently flinging herself around on the landing because she cant find her other slipper!! You just have to leave her to it though cos theres no calming her down .
Have a good day x xMummytogirls x0
