  • Hey Choogirl, try not to worry too much about the weight, you have achieved so much with your debt busting, I am sure you can apply the same focus to weight loss. I have quite a bit to loose and I know it is so depressing when you go to try something on and it doesn't fit or is tight. But just try to remember that everyone who loves you, loves you for being you, not whether you weigh a stone more or not. If this sounds a bit odd, just think if your dearest friend put on a stone in weight, would it make any difference to how you feel about her/him? I know looks etc matter, but deep down we love people for the people they are. All sounds a bit slushy but is heartfelt and true (IMO).

Hope you have a great night out with your friend catching up. Its Friday woooo hooo

    Morning diary

Had a really good night catching up with my best friend:j I drank far too much and got in far too late so not feeling my best this morning! Thank you to everyone for the encouraging comments about my weight issue. I am going to start doing something about it instead of just whining about it.
Nothing new to report today, I am just going to start making some muffins so will see how they turn out.

I want to go back to bed I am so tired! Right if I get my jobs done I might manage a little rest later xx

Well what a total waste of a day yesterday! I felt awful all day and to top it all off I am now full of cold again so feeling sorry for myself :(:(

My lovely DH ran round after the kids all day and I had to have a sleep, not all of it was hangover though, the hangover was masking the cold symptoms. My tolerance levels must be lower now that I'm older and don't go out that much anymore.
No alcohol for me for a few weeks now, I've had enough of feeling cr*p!

So today is going to be spent catching up on all the jobs I couldn't do yesterday.
Later on we're meeting up with my DB and nephew at the park (weather permitting) its looking abit grey at the moment. The kids can have a good run round and play football.

I also need to go to Mr Ts and get some cold remedies and fruit.

    Thats it for me xx

    Happy Valentines Day :smileyhea

I have had a good day at work, really busy and just sorting year end out. I love being busy at work it makes the time fly by.

Enjoy your "date" Abba, I hope the wee man is paying, bless him.

Tonight I am cooking for my gorgeous DH but he won't be in until 9ish as he is just travelling back from a meeting so it will be a late dinner for us.
I am going to be cooking

    Scallops in proscuitto
Fillet steak with new potatoes and salad
Chocolate fondants (I hope I don't overcook them)

So not a very MSE menu but its cheaper and nicer than going out so worth the expense.
The diet is definitely starting tomorrow, watch out muffin top you are so going to get blitzed :rotfl:

    Have a great night
