Thank you Abba1772 I really appreciate it :A

I'm sure once February is here I will feel better. I have a few nice things planned so that should boost morale. I think its just the thought of been paid this week and alot of it will go on credit card payments. However we spent it so we will repay every penny

my wee girl likes to read what i've paid towards the debts and when she saw what i paid this month so far she was like "just think mummy what we can spend that money on when all the debt is paid" Kinda spurs you on i reckon x x x

makes me ill thinking how much money i have paid towards the debts this month but in another way i'm really chuffed thats i've paid it off as i was always on top of the bills and making overpayments just never added it up to see what the monthly damage was lol

from the pay as much off in 2011 challenge you're doing really really well choogirl x

    Thanks Abba1772
I keep thinking of what we can spend the money on when we are debt free as well and it does keep me going. I know that if I went and blew aload of money on tat this month I would feel a whole lot worse than if I'd paid it to a debt its just a temporary lapse of focus.

I had a moan at DH last night about it and he's cheered me up by saying that we'll get through it. To be honest it was my wake up call we couldn't keep on spending the way we did I just wish it had hit home sooner. However it is getting sorted and I will never touch a debt card again.

Better get myself and the kids sorted to get out of the house, school run and a demanding boss to cope with today. Hopefully the boss won't be in the office and I can have a quiet day to just get on with it.

Thanks for the encouragement, never mind me doing well you're doing fantastically- I've just seen your total payment that you've made in the 2011 challenge over 10% already :T

Feeling alot brighter today the sun keeps appearing which is nice and the boss is out of the office for now :j. I shouldn't moan about him really.

Payday for DH today and really want to do my budget but tonight I have to study, tomorrow night is a meet up with friends night and on Thursday night I need to finalise some year end accounts, in between all this I need to meal plan and write out a shopping list. There are just not enough hours in a day

Back to fixed assets and depreciation at least I have my Ipod on and are listening to some golden oldies.

Big Fat Gypsy Wedding makes me laugh especially the LOs that are getting their communion dresses! They obviously have more money than me!

Had a night out with some friends, I feel so inadequate with them they are all so much intellectual than me. It doesn't matter in the big scheme of things but I feel so thick when I am with them. , I just don't have the time to read deep meaningful books or watch arty farty films!

Anyway I am me and thats all that matters xx

    Morning
Nothing much to report this morning I am going to be doing my February budget tonight and arranging additional payments to the darned debt cards so hopefully will be able to report my progress this evening. I am feeling abit fuzzy headed this morning although I didn't drink alot last night but I didn't eat alot before going out so thats the reason.
I am so thirsty and so far my promised cuppa hasn't materialised onto my desk. Will be going grocery shopping this afternoon to the usual spot so hopefully can pick up some bargains.
Day off tomorrow so hoping to give the house a good clean and tidy it looks as though a bomb has hit it. I'm just so tired when I get in from work that I just can't be bothered to do it and theres always a small child wanting help with their homework so its probably best to tackle it all in a day.

    Said cuppa has arrived xx

    Good Afternoon

Shopping is done and I spent my weekly budget of £65 which I'm abit peeved at because I only wanted to spend £60 and send the saved £5 off to debt card. At least I didn't overspend which is a bonus. I rushed when I was making my shopping list so had forgotten to include a few items but as I was walking round the shop I remembered them. At least I've bought them today and not had to go back to the shop and spend more money on things that I didn't even go in for.
I've had to buy a few expensive items such as cleaning products, dishwasher liquid, cat litter etc so hopefully next week should be a cheaper week.

Right I am going to check for surveys before starting on tea although I'm so hungry at the moment I'll be eating the cat if he stands there for much longer :rotfl:
