    Good Afternoon

Not much to report today just working on a clients payroll and trying to get everything sorted for their year end.

Had a quick pop into the bakery this morning for a pastie and cake so abit naughty but I haven't spent much cash this month so I can justify it:o

Finding it abit hard to resist the ski offers at the moment a family of 4 can go to France for £899 in a catered chalet but then I think we would still need lift passes/boot hire/ski hire, lessons and abit of spending money so it would all add upto about £2000. Now £2000 would bring our balance down nicely so must resist. I am going to start saving up for next years soon and then we can enjoy it knowing that we are almost or even debt free when we go away. I don't have £2000 laying around anyway so thats sorted.

Just remembered how cr*p I felt in September about the whole situation and I never want to feel that way ever again about money. Right thats done it the LBM has returned and is shining even brighter now:)

Its just so hard but its only a year and we'll appreciate it even more next year.

The winter doesn't help its such a depressing time of year only 2 more months to go and then its Spring again, lambs, birds singing, warmer weather - bring it on.

    Back to my numbers xxx

Feeling really peeved at the moment we went overdrawn by £18.63:mad: This is due to me not paying some money in. I have now transferred the money across from my savings account to cover what I should of paid in. I feel so annoyed about it.

I will get myself sorted over the weekend and make sure that all monies have been banked. I know its a very insignificant amount compared with everything else but to me it represents a loss of control and being slapdash.

I feel so fed up and disappointed with myself:(:(

Thanks chick - I do feel better about this morning at least it can be sorted now unlike back in September when it was at £1700 overdrawn!

Right my moment of self pity is over the plan of action for this weekend is as follows:

Clean kitchen and utility room and mop floors
    Tidy lounge (again)
    Start the blitzing upstairs
Wash the mountain of clothes - where do they all come from?
    Get finances in order
    Change bedding
    Iron the mountain of clothes
Try and finalise clients year end preparation

Whatever happened to weekends that were for relaxing?

Right that should keep me busy until lunchtime:rotfl:

Had a productive day so far

Kitchen, utility room and lounge have all been cleaned
Mountain of washing is done and now starting on the ironing:mad:

I have cleared out a whole lot of mine and DDs clothes into a charity bag and collected a binbag full of rubbish from upstairs.

The rest of the list will wait until tomorrow

Going to make some dinner soon - sausages, horseradish mash and gravy made with red onions and a dash of balsamic vinegar yum yum:T I am so ready for a glass of wine and a little nap xx

    Hi Mummytogirls:hello:

Thanks for popping by, life is good in the choogirl house.

Its been a lazier day than yesterday just finished the ironing this morning and read the newspaper this afternoon.

Hope you're ok I need to catch up with everyones diaries but DH has put a ban on using laptops after the kids have gone to bed. He doesn't know I have a diary or spend any time on these boards so whenever I start to type he always asks what I'm doing. I will catch up tonight when I am "working" upstairs.

Right I'm off to start the dinner - pork steaks, roast potatoes and veg tonight followed by rhubarb crumble and custard.
