Oh dear I am just watching One Born Every Minute and its making me very broody. DH is looking disgusted at the thought of a 3rd child although I'm surprised he's watching it as he's very squeamish:rotfl:

    Hello:(

Had a bit of a mixed day today I felt really guilty as DS got upset when I said that we won't be having a holiday this year. I think he's now consoled with the thought of having lots of days out at the seaside. I am also going to save our clubcard vouchers and use those for some nice days out:j I had a little feel sorry for myself moment:(

On a positive note my lovely Mum gave me the money to buy the shoes that I saw the other day so I will go and purchase them next week. :j
I have also found a few bargains for DDs party bags and prizes my biggest bargain was 10p for some stickers. My aim for DDs party bags this year is only buy something if it is reduced. I will post back when I have the results of how much I spend.

DH has also listed our high value items on Ebay and they have some good bids on them so hopefully will raise enough to pay for DD party and my car insurance.

I have also transferred another £4.70 to my virtual sealed pot making £15.30 in total:j

Nothing planned for tonight apart from a large G & T and positive thinking.
  • I'm sure DS will be ok with the days out, is there anywhere he would like to go, you could let him choose a special day out, i'm quite sneaky and plant ideas in the childrens heads, so they end up thinking its there idea;), especially when theres a cheap deal and then praise them for being so clever and finding somewhere fantastic to go.

G&T sounds good, wine for me still drinking whats left over from christmas, trying to ration it and only having a couple of glasses on fri/sat night.

    Hi Pennywisepoundstupid

I like this idea will definitely give it a go:T DS will be ok with days out and camping this year we've all been used to having fancy holidays so this will do us all some good this year and make us appreciate our next holiday whenever that will be.

Mmm I love wine I still have several bottles left from Christmas but will have G & T tonight and wine tomorrow night with our steaks:beer:

    Good evening:D

All housework and washing is done and DH has listed more items onto Ebay. My aim is to sell £400 worth of clutter this year:j
Steak for dinner later so going to do the Jamie Oliver recipe with pak choi, ginger, garlic and chilli served on a bed of rice.

Taken pork ribs out of the freezer for dinner tomorrow night and hopefully use the slow cooker to cook them in.

I am now going to find a nice bottle of red wine and pour myself a large glass.

    Catch up later xx

Mmm the steak was amazing I bought it from Aldx and it was as good as Mr S! There was no shrinkage and it was really tender I am so impressed with Aldx.

Ironing to do this morning and set my slow cooker up to cook the pork ribs. We might get out for a walk this afternoon to blow some cobwebs away!

DH and I are also going to do a schedule of work for the house there is sooo much to do and its getting abit overwhelming knowing where to start:(
  • Glad the steak was good, i bought chicken breasts and pork chops from ald! the other week and they were both really tasty and reasonable priced.

Know what you mean about ther house, everytime i seem to get a job done, 10 more things seem to crop up.

    Evening

I did not want to get out of bed this morning it was so dark. I hate winter roll on Summer so we can have bbqs and drink wine outside:beer:

My gorgeous unspoilt boy :kisses3: came home from school today saying how much he is looking forward to camping over the summer this year as he will be visiting places that he has never been before but his friends have, bless him

Had a good day but didn't manage to get a mascara as they had all gone by the time I went into Debenhams, never mind will try again tomorrow before work:mad:

I did buy my shoes though but DD thinks they look rather fab she will be trying them on and tottering around the house:rotfl:Another few years and she will be "borrowing" them!

Its a night of doing work for a client and watching One Born Every Minute I'd better have a good supply of tissues it always makes me cry:o

    Time to go xx
