The company has now gone into Administration so the likelyhood of getting any money back from this company is extremely slim.

There authorisation has been surrendered at The Ministry of Justice

Unfortunately Lifestyle Money remains authorised - but not for too long I hope.

Recently Lifestyle Claims have been collecting the advance fees from clients of Lifestyle money.

I've just spoken to the Ministry of Justice re this company on 0845 450 6858. This company handed their licence to trade in 2 weeks ago and are no longer trading. If you are owed money by this company contact the MOJ and they will offer guidance. They were very helpful with me and advised that if I paid by Credit card (which thankfully I did)I may well get my money back. Never again will I deal with a company that requires up front fees! Hope this helps all those who have been caught out.

Lifestyle Claims is in administration. It seems that another company in same building called Lifestyle Money are continuing with Lifestyle Claims business whilst Lifestyle Claims have gone into administration. The address of the administrators for Lifestyle Claims

Lifestyle Money directors are possibly the same as were on Lifestyle Claims but they are trading under a different Ltd Company and hold a separate MOJ authorisation number.

At Legal Beagles we have bought this to the attention of the MOJ and we are waiting to hear what they are doing about this.

If you have not received a service from Lifestyle Claims your option is to go to your credit card provider and under section 75 you can claim back your money as you never received a service.

There was a debate at Westminster on Thursday on CMC's and Lifestyle Money have already got a mention about the way they have conducted business. Since Lifestyle Money is a relatively new company it is already reaching the realms of Westminster. Could you post it? Link? As many of us should write to the Regulator, Ministry of Justice, as possible drawing their attention to this. These Directors must be stopped.

LIFESTYLE CLAIMS are in administration NOT LIFESTYLE MONEY who are a different Limited Company.

Lifestle Money are another LTD company working from the same address where Lifestyle claims were operating from and MAY have some of the same directors - I never said they HAD the same directors. You can easily check this out yourself.

The MOJ have been aware of the existence of both companies since our visit to them in August this year when I presented to them evidences of the two companies and also evidences from people that had got caught in the cross fire from both companies. We are also currently in touch with the MOJ to find out what in the hell is happening as now another company called Red Hawk seem to be taking over some of Lifestyle Claim open cases.

As soon as I have an update I will post again.

Update: If you are contacted either by Reghawk Legal or Ulimate Law (ULL) please do not sign any documents as giving them the right to your refunds.

You can try and use s.75 of the consumer Credit Act if you have not been provided a service by Lifestyle Money.

Lifestyle Claims have gone ever so quiet, although they have a similar name to Lifestyle Claims and operate from the same building, just waiting for them to come back out in the public spot light again.

Cellcom the call centre that was connected with both companies and in a building close by. The directors of this company had directors in Lifestyle Claims, Lifestyle Money and the new kid on the block Redhawk Legal who appear to be connected with Lifestyle as they made a pre-arranged package sale with them just before they went into administration.

There was a programe recently on BBC-xray (from Cardiff) which highlighted all the goings on within this group of companies and since the showing of this documentary Cellcom have done a disapearing Act. Cellcom features very heavilly on the balance sheet of Lifestyle Claims.

If anyone has any update on how you got on with claiming S75 or if anyone has heard from either Ulimate Law (ULL) or Redhawk cab you please let me know as soon as possible.

If Messrs Stanton's businesses have committed advanced fee fraud against you by taking your money and not providing a service, I suggest you complain about both of them to ActionFraud.

I was contacted by someone from Redhawk legal today (text removed by MSE Forum Team), he said they were taking over lifestyle claims cases, and wanted to know whether I has received my settlement from my claim against Egg card. He knew lifestyle had passed my claim to ultimate law solicitors.
My Claim started back in 2011 lifestyle took upfront fee off £395 after they claimed they could get my money back within 8 months.
Ultimate law phoned a month ago to say Egg had settled and that they would send a cheque.
Then today Redhawk phone to see if I had received payment which i haven't, they said they would send a form me to sign to release my money.
Who do I contact now has I looks like they're after a slice of my settlement without doing anything to earn it.
