Eh!!? I've just come back from Melbicks!? They told you the don't do fireworks? They are running low but do still have a fair amount. Here's what I picked up, this is for a friend who I persuaded to go the garden centre route, he had a £30 budget but I pushed him to £35 this little lot was £34.64 : :T

If you do try and post back to tell us what they were like . Wont be buying any though, if I buy anything from there at all it would probably be just the £4.99 box for a couple of fountains but I doubt I will. Would be good to see how they work it in there though, will you still write your number on a piece of paper and they will bring them over, or will it just be a special counter.

Ive noticed that when I searched it was just the larger stores that were selling them!

That Kimbolton stuff that is being posted on here is being sold at silly prices by the look of it, well done on bagging it up! I may pop to Lidl soon to add to my Epic stash, going to buy 1 cake first and test fire it to see what it's like.

Si7 Ack! I had a feeling the person on the phone didn't have a clue what they was on about!

Well.. we went and filled in about 10 order sheets for what we wanted at Barnett Hill, Stourbridge and loads was out of stock including the big shot barrages we really wanted. BOOOO!

The worst thing is, the lists were all crossed out with what they didn't have, they told me we was the first customers so far for fireworks.. so logically they should have everything on their lists?! They couldn't believe their eyes when the totals were all needing adjusting.

The sapphire box was 39.70 in this garden store and the 99.99 box wasn't reduced at all. Rubbish!

However, we got a good haul and i'll post you all a pic later I know you firework freaks need your fixes!!

To make up for the 40 minute wait (yes.. 40 minutes!!) whilst they sorted it out, they gave me the Cyclops rocket pack for £4.50.

Job Done. Now for Lidl!

Glad you got some decent items in the end! Shame about the mix up/ missing items though
