Barnett Hill still had mammoth cones but were out of big barrages.. which is what I desperately wanted! Darn them! Also no giant catherine wheels which look like loads of fun! I "think" they have a Plotters Keg too, the chap today said he couldn't find it but they had them Sunday - if so get 1 x Plotters Keg @ £8.40

Phone first, ask for Matt, explain you are coming distance and could he check stock while you hold to save a wasted journey.

Ahh, Firefighter, it's a little powerhouse, I did invest in one & don't think I will be disappointed by all accounts! The rapid fire racket should send the kids bee-lining straight for behind the sofa haha

If it's a bit of a way to Melbicks (go oonnnnnnn lol) then your local Lidl's a great destination too, Firefighter, Ipanema & 25 Carat all GREAT cakes, maybe plumb for a Cyber Box too, all the Weco stuff is quality.

Here's the Firefighter next to the Alien War, Alien War is intimidating the Firefighter with it's big bore, Firefighter is claiming size doesn't matter hehe

Sorry for only just getting back to you now, that is a brilliant stash of fireworks so far, dont worry about the pic as long as you get one before the 5th .

Just depends how much of your budget you have left but if its possible for you to go to that other garden centre I would totally recommend you go there! Maybe you could get a bit from there then decide between the 2 smaller cakes or the one fire fighter. Just depends what your after really but I would say try and get something from the Lidl!

I'm definitely going to LIDL, hopefully today before they sell out! Their fireworks are excellent and I wouldn't have looked twice without you guys :T

(No problem with LIDL.. Just had a rubbish experience with Sainsburys last year - lesson learnt!)

Still undecided on the Firefighter, I might get it and fire it off just for me :rotfl:

So now you're giving me deadlines on firework photographs as well as tempting me to spend more and more money tut tut!!

I would have spent LOADS more but everything I wanted was out of stock
