    Ta Emmzi!

Only Yorkshire Bank and Lloyds TSB to crack then we will be happy. All have refused to comply with letters sent so we are now awaiting our day in court.....yeah like we reckon it will come to that. Mum is so revved up now I don't think she would give a s**t if she was to face them in court.

    Go Momma! :D

Just a quick update from me on behalf of my Mum, as I have just negotiated a settlement with Lloyds TSB for her charges to be repaid, a total of £916.39, just Yorkshire Bank outstanding now!

Anyway for all those who helped initially almost 2 years ago (wow!) as of today my Mum owes £7626.70 all on 0% APR, a million miles away from the £18780.58 which me and my sis discovered back in December 2005.

Its hard to believe that she has paid off so much £11154.15 in less than 24 months, the windfalls of the charges back has helped tremendously but if my Mum who is 66 and only works part time can do it, anyone can. She was determined at the outset to pay it all back, and you know what I think she'll manage it, and I for one will be soooo proud of her the day she makes the phonecall to cancel that final card.

Give your mum a big hug from me, she has done so well.
I think you and your sister also deserve a pat on the back.

Blade I have to ask. How much does your father know now?

He still knows nothing about it whatsoever, and Mum hopes that it stays that way. I found it astounding as I couldnt keep somthing like that from my partner, but everyone is different and she obvioulsy has her reasons for it. I can't judge her too harshly as I probably do things in my life that she doesn't approve of and she keeps her opinion to herself.

I dont know if she will ever tell him even a small amount of what has been happening, maybe she will maybe she wont, I guess we'll all have to wait and see!
