Crisis loan

As my Income Support has not went in, I will need to try and get a Crisis Loan.

My partner got Carer's Allowance today, thats went on bills and food. More Direct debts on Monday, therefore charges due to IS department!

Does the decision maker take into acount DLA? I was payed this on Wednesday, but all gone. Bills and ant mind what else.

I also need to go on a bus to get the loan if accepted. Problem with that. I've just had my face lasered and currently smoothered in vaseline. Been told to say inside, reduce risk of infenction. I'm also on very storng painkillers, so dopey all the time. Yet I need to go all the way in a 10 min bus journey.

Tuesday this week I need money for a Taxi as going to see the Consultant for a check up, I've reacted in unusual manner.

This late payment has happened at a bad time, stresing me out.

Depending on a whether or not you get a nice call taker the chances are they won't give you a crisis loan as you already had some form of payment which enabled you to purchase food. They only give crisis loans for food, gas and electric and even then its only £10 per day for all three, so if you were to be told you'd get your IS payment on say Wednesday Crisis loan would only give you say £20. If you get a nice call taker they may offer you a slightly bit more but don't lie to them, they'll be able to see you're information on their systems and will know about the payment for carers.

I'm sorry to say that there's not much hope, crisis loan wouldn't assist my severely disabled dad with taxi fares for his hospital visits after his bank took £100 of his IB in bank charges.

There are no benefits that have a Saturday payday, so your money couldn't have been due today.

with some banks payment due on monday appears on saturday:A

op you can ask if they will make a fast payment into your bank account in these circumstances hth:)

The due date is Monday, however my bank updates on a Saturday. Therefore it is not going to be in for Monday.

I'll just need to ring them on monday morning and fingers crossed. I'm also going through a lot of electricty, need to take at least 5 showers per day. A nightmare and agony!

The food will last til Monday/tuesday. I'm eating a lot, think it may be down to the Painkillers. Dehydrocodiene/ Paracetamol and Tramadol. Unsure if suppose to be mixing them, but constatly hungary. Strange!

Just as well your IS is due on Monday then.

Which people shouldn't depend on. It's not due till Monday so it isn't late.

but if it's not showing today then it won't go in on monday either so counting on it today or not it doesn't change the fact it won't be in the account on Monday.

My bank is the same, all payments in and out of my account that are due on Monday arrive/taken from the account around 12 am on Saturday. No other transactions (other than cash withdrawals) show on my account until 12am Tuesday.

And as my money always goes in on a Monday, Direct Debt charges will occur due to the DWP being late. So can see a complaint going in.
