Wow - explosive... But, just to say... You weren't scammed! You bought a service/membership and willingly gave away your details when authorising the payment.

By the way, the "fee" is clearly stated on the application screen - I just did a dummy application and look what was shown to me

The "one-off membership fee of £69.50 shown clear as day and BEFORE I've entered my card details...

Fair enough, i was caught out, i mean if they got you the loan in the bank then took the fee maybe just maybe it would be ok, but what they do instead is spam your email account with sub prime loan applications mostly to companys registered in Las Vegas...

It may be slightly legal, but its still a scam.
  • We never saw that and neither did the other people they scammed!!! You do work for this company!!! I see that it says a one off payment? so why do they keep trying to take more money out of people accounts???

He did read the T&C's we both did and it does not say they will take £61.50. We are not the only ones who have been scammed and everyone says that they do not state taking a fee of £61.50. Looking at some of the comments on here I can only assume some of you work for this scam company?? Or maybe you are just a load of knowitall's who have never made a mistake?

None are so deaf as those that won't listen...

    Good luck in the future.
  • There have been lots of people who have had hundreds taken out of their accounts so explain that???
  • My Husband says that orange box NEVER was shown so how did you manage to get that??? Do they pay you well at the Loan centre?????
  • Oh and if they are legal and above board then why are the BBC & the Ombudsman investigating them?
  • Oh its gone quiet!! Bye!

It just appeared when I tried a dummy application for a loan just a few minutes ago. Probably appears for ALL applications.

As for working for the Loan Centre - no, not at all, I just like to see balanced and reasoned posts - not rants full of inaccurate claims.

If sub prime loans are all that you are eligible for then they can't do much else - can they? The service they offered was to try and broker a loan for you - they've provided that service. It's not their fault that the results don't match your expectations...

We are trying to warn other people. Yes we were stupid but we wanted to make sure nobody else was caught by these thieves! If you haven't anything useful to say then keep your mouth shut!!!!

I understand you ar trying to stop othr people being caught out, but why on earth did your other half just hand over his bank details?
