Good grief _pale_ I think I might do without that one :rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Lol.. it's OK as a bit of a novelty (Mr S was horrified as thought I was trying to feed him actual ivy), or if you were short of a few leaves for a salad. It was nicer than the meadowsweet leaves we were invited to sample at the herbal talk! Tonight, nibbling herb robert.. because you can, apparently (and we've got loads of it!)..Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

Hmm well I didn't get round to nibbling any plants as I was too busy being grumpty again.. well all was OK until I stood on one of the garden chairs to fix something and broke it
Really annoyed with myself and felt very clumsy and fat and horrible
Gah, I want all my hormones removed
Sort of settled down after tea and got through a chapter of philosophy book. Managed to further cut down the 'shortlist' of apartments for Paris too.. think we have almost decided.
Today - work (yawn), bit of English reading at lunchtime, and badminton.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Oh thats not good! Sorry you broke the garden chair - grumpty is in the air, isn't it - walking back from the PO yesterday, in the *very* posh bit of HH, there were kids batting a ball about in the road (instead of the huge recreation ground *right* by them, grrr) - and they were lofting it really high into the air, I had to draw back and it landed about six feet away from me. I got *very* grumpty at that ...2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Well hope the day got better for you. xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -

You mean you didn't just take two steps forward to belt the ball down the street?

There you go Karma, you know what to do next time :rotfl:
Things were better yesterday, thanks BobBadminton was fun although I did do something a bit painful to my hip
Fairly chilled out evening.. and the good news that the funding for the project otherwise known as my second job is continuing for another year. Still waiting to see if my current extra paid work will go on past the end of July but the general 'hint' is that it will.. an extra £80 a week for the next year would be rather nice.
Today I will be mostly hoping work goes quickly, then I'm off for a long weekend :T Also need to look for lots of restaurant vouchers etc as the forecast for said long weekend is awful and I don't think we'll be doing any of the camping/ walking/ cycling planned!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
