I've known cannabis plants to grow from hemp seeds in birdfood thats fallen to the ground from the bird feeder!
That jumper is brilliant!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Morning! You lot :rotfl: I must go and visit the tomato plant again today and see how it's doing. I did get some funny looks when I stopped and rubbed the leaves to have a little sniff and check it was a tomato!
Still love the jumper.. I can knit but not progressed beyond scarves and hats
Had a very lazy weekend - no studying at all. Got really into flute playing on Saturday morning and ended up doing a couple of hours (Cheery, don't worry, my scales are rubbish at the moment too!). Then not really sure where the afternoon went but did get winter 'crops' sewn (assorted green leafy things and winter radishes, mostly).
Had a few glasses of cava on Saturday night which gave us both hangovers on Sunday, so ended up doing basically nothing except looking at Paris apartments online.. and then fantasy house shopping for cottages in the wilds..Ate lots of takeaway, but all bought by Mr S, so I only spent £12 on a few bits and pieces of food and toiletries. Also found a book for my dad's birthday (published the year he was born) which cost me £10.
This week I must get on with the essay!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

It was nice actually, just feel like I didn't get very much done (and still really sleepy this morning)

It does sound nice, apart from the hangover - much more relaxed, even tho it has proper gardening in there.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I really should remember that weekends can be used for chilling out and don't have to be packed full of stuff!
It was pretty lightweight gardening really, just a little bit of weeding and popping in some seeds.
Seriously lacking in motivation for work today - not even got as far as writing a list, never mind doing anything with it.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
