Well done that is fab news!
I am currently awaiting for a decision on my last 2 via Lloyds tsb, but not expecting any final on this to be honest, due to the awaiting on the Judicial Review, they did say they would write to be by or before the 16 April, they have been sitting with them since before Xmas.
Good luck on this.
Hi Di
Well after lloyds have withdrawn from the PPI dispute and put money aside to pay missold policys do we should contact them again to see where we stand,or do you think they will contact us ?0 -
Still no reply from the PPI claim i sent Easymoney(lloyds)which i sent 31/12/2010 ,when i check on the royal mail website it still says it was posted at 240-246 Kingsway BS5 8NS on 31/12/10 and is being progressed through our network for delivery ?
So thats another one i have to chase.
The difficulty with that is that there is now evidence that it is more likely than not that your complaint never arrived. Therefore, there eight weeks has never started.
Had you instead simply got proof of posting (free from the Post Office) then it would have been deemed delivered two working days later.0 -
Just an Update
I emailed Lloyds to see what was happening with my claim since lloyds have withdrawn from the PPI dispute and this is the reply i got.
I can confirm that your complaint, although delayed, is still an ongoing investigation and we will continue to look into your concerns regarding your PPI, as soon as any udate or a decision has been made we will contact you directly.
