Thanks for the addresses i will chase the Lloyds one today,i don't need the Citi address
I got home today to find a letter from Citi,i expected them to deny everything BUT enclosed was a cheque for £260.42p which was the last 6 yrs PPI payments and the interest from the last 6 yrs.
I know i paid the card off 3 yrs ago and i only had it open for just over 1 yr so i am more than happy with this cheque and it has given me the drive to start to chase the other ones
Thanks DI & Amersill you are both stars :staradmin0 -

Sent an email to Lloyds yesterday and got a reply today, they confirm that they recieved the forms on the 13th Jan and thay are looking at the sale of the policy.
Quote : We will shortly be contacting you by mail to update you on our progress as your complaint has reached the 8 weeks given for us to complete our investigation, this will also advise you as to your rights to refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Well I got a letter from Lloyds today ,telling me that they take complaints very seriously and they are committed to handling them in a fair and consistent manner, but they are not in a position to provide me with a final response.
They will consider my complaint as soon as possible and will write to let me know what happens,If i am not happy with the delay i am entitled to take my complaint directly to the FOS.
Any thoughts ? should i wait or contact the FOS ,The last letter i had from Lloyds was on the 13th Jan when they said they were investigating my complaint ,so they have had the 8 weeks.
I know from reading some of the posts on here that Lloyds are not paying any of these PPI complaints so is this standard reply.
Any advice is always welcome :think:0 -

Just an update
Had a letter today from Capital one offering me a refund of all my PPI payments and the interest,I had the card for about 3 yrs and the limit was only £400 but it still comes to just under £100.
I have sent the letter of acceptance away and just waiting for the cheque.
Still no contact from Lloyds, might have to email them again

Well done that is fab news!
I am currently awaiting for a decision on my last 2 via Lloyds tsb, but not expecting any final on this to be honest, due to the awaiting on the Judicial Review, they did say they would write to be by or before the 16 April, they have been sitting with them since before Xmas.
Good luck on this. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
