I think £50 a fornight is not enough , I would ask him and explain your paying alot to keep him warm and not taking to much keep money i know my mum would of either made me pay more or made me help with paying extra fuel in the very cold parts of winter !my son moved back home in August, he is on income support and DLA, he pays me £50 a fortnight rent and he got a letter this morning saying he is due a cold weather payment. (I opened it by mistake, we have the same initials) the thing is we pay the heating, he doesn't, do you think i am being unreasonable if i suggest he should give me some of it?
good Luck

cwp is for payments towards heating bills, so i would ask nicely that he gives it to the household that keeps him warm0 -
