People on IB should be included in this payment too.0

Does anyone know when they are likely to be paid? This month/December? The payment is a genuine bonus for me to stay warm. Thanks.0 -
I'm never sure how they allocate sending the payments out. My Grandad, E Am*** always gets his a month or more before my Nan, G Am***! She got hers so late last year it almost passed the date after which you're supposed to chase them up.0

hi my self peter rose i live in NY ...........
thanks for this information it is really very useful i wanna share my little knowledge about that...............
Cold Weather Payments can help people who are in receipt of certain benefits with their additional heating costs during winter.
A payment will be made for each seven day period of very cold weather between 1 November and 31 March.
A network of weather stations covering the whole of Great Britain will gather temperature information. Payments will be made when the local temperature is recorded as, or forecast to be, zero degrees Celsius or below over seven consecutive days.0 -
:mad:Seems that if you decide to live abroad you can still receive the winter fuel payment from this government. If you have moved to another European Economic area or Switzerland and , when you lived in the UK , you were getting the payment you can still claim for this money. Outrageous.0
