I prefer the one with less lying down neighbours, near the sea, it does look like it could make a good conversion, yours is never going to that homely.:) (unless you are dead)
But business use for yours, antique center or auction house are always a good bet for such places.
I agree, yours is nicer, and size isn't everything....:D
You find all sorts of nonsense at this end of the market. For example, when I found this, I thought you'd appreciate it:

OK for if one of us wins the lottery, eh? Probably more cost effective to just poach and take a hit now & again from the beak!;)
Then there's this one; almost worth £10k for the address!

Dave, if I was retired I would have just spent £45K and purchased a very warm tent for the next 20 years.0 -
Just like to say what a great thread. I have been unable to find anything decent but trying kept me entertained for ages :rotfl:"It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice." :T0

JimmyTheWig wrote: »Right, Croydon is, ceremonially, in the London Borough of Croydon. It is part of Greater London.
But it's traditional, postal, county is still Surrey.
So depending on definitions it is in both.
Many places just within the Greater London boundary are like this. Barnet, for example, is in Greater London. But its correct postal address is Barnet, Herts.
Some parts of Surrey (e.g. Guildford), just like some parts of Hertfordshire, are not in any way part of London.
thank you, out of respecto PN i didnt want to carry on the debate, but all the outer london boroughs are the same, they are both in london and the home counties0 -

Somewhere is either in London or Surrey or Kent or another home county, it can't be in two places at once.
Thats like saying somewhere is in Shropshire & Cheshire

I think the above will clear it up its been in London since before I was born, historically it was Surrey, but then so was the Oval & Brixton once;)0 -

Maybe it's this:
Lease Terms
The property is let on a 15 year Lease from 9th April 1998 on FR & I terms. We understand from the owners that the current rent is £11,500 per annum exclusive of VAT.0 -
