This simple fact appears to be beyond the limits of your comprehension.
Congratulations on completely missing the point. Try reading the entire thread, you might learn something...
...or perhaps you won't learn anything.
Society has a name for people like you too - "special".
Oh dear oh dear superman. Look at what you've posted and see it from an outsiders point of view
You assume you are able to stand aloof from the rest of us and adapt the "code" to suit yourself?
Your comprehension gate appears closed. probably a good thing from your previous posts
Rereading what you have said, time seems to stand still for you, you can make 3 or 4 decisions when us mere mortals can make only one.
Do it your way, but advice to others to do the same is misplacedI like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

I think a lot of people seem to be forgetting that the point of the thread was to say that the OP was seeing people not indicating. Therefore all the arguments about whether you signal when there is no-one around to see may be important and/or interesting but not actually anwering the OP's post!0

What is just as annoying if not more, is people who don't turn their indicators off after doing their turn - I find it very confusing - don't they notice a little flashing indicator on their dashboard?!0

What I don't get is why some people only use the indicators for some of the turns they make. Like I was following someone yesterday, they didn't use it to turn out of a T-junction or to take the first left on the roundabout. But they did use it when they wanted to take a right turn into a side road.
If they are forgetting to use indicators, what else are they forgetting to do!0 -

It's plain bad manners not signalling at left turns and tee junctions, but at least you got one at the right turn, so he must have seen you, this time;););)
The only serious accident I've had was when some prat turned right accross me at point blank range without signalling. Didn't see me even tho' I was 25ft away:eek:I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

My first post into this thread
I am not concerned, generally, by peoples indication or lack of.
I drive according to the conditions, I'll slow down when the car infront slows down. I'll pull out onto a roundabout when there are no cars who are obviously going to go past the exit that I am entering the roundabout from (same road as me).
Indicators do help other drivers understand what might be your intention so it is always nice to use them. I use them most of the time but I find very little disadvantage to me when they are not used by other drivers.
I also never indicate when there is no one else around, or no-one who would benefit from it.
I also never trust the indications of others, which is why the lack of indicators has very little impact on me.
Indicators are much more important on motorways and dual carriage ways.0 -

Without offence, posters are still assuming that they will never make a mistake in their observation. At least an indication of intent is a 2nd line of safety for any drivers protection. :AI like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
