Bonsoir Billy! :j
Please don't buy next door squalor! Your original plans were so much better than what you could ever do with the 2 squalors.. You need far more land than the 2 squalors put together.. The pub does not fit in there either..
Fingers crossed for Monday..

Ebom Froggy,
Sounds words. We were thinking of buying the second squalor, extending out and to the side and making the pub a bit smaller but still with plenty of room for everythng in there. We've decided to look at it when it comes up with the notion of having the bigger squalor in the meantime but still going for the big house.
On the latter, we have 3d modelling which I'll try to put up for a wee sneak peek.
Cheers,

Hiya Gally,
We'd still have five bedrooms (which is the likely same amount as the big house would have) so we'll still fit you in somewhere!!

Morning All,
Much happier now that everything is online and I'm dealing with actual numbers instead of projections. We should hopefully get the keys on Monday, first potential tenants are coming round for a wee lookabout on Wednesday and we'll hopefully lock that down by the end of next week. Can't wait to get the work done about the first batch as I'm already plotting the next run of 5! We'll hopefully lock down an agreement on the two outstanding properties this week as well.
One of the guys at work has been beavering away on the big house 3d-modelling. Thus far, it's looking like this:
Hope everyone is grand and dandy and looking forward to an excellent weekend.
Cheers,

BillyI don't want fitted in, I want the MSE wing
Seriously Billy, I don't think it's a good idea - you would no doubt end up with the biggest and most expensive house in the street - even without your expensive tastes. I'm sure you would advise others against it - it would be hard to shift compared to other houses the same size elsewhere.

Hi Gally,
The guest wing it is! Moyra and I have decided not to pursue the uber-squalor project after all.
Still no houses as yet today. I do have a shiny pound sitting in front of me so I'm tempted to wander along to the wrong end of Glasgow to see if I can pick up a big blue house as I hear everything is going cheap. This could be one of the best days ever!

Hiya Gally,
Touch!!!
As far as anyone can make out, it's one guy in the lawyers office failing to talk to the girl in the next office. Can't see the lawyers having my custom for much longer!
