Any recommendations Gally? Can't see that I'd be any worse off than at present.

Will find details and PM you - dk if different for Scotland though? When we bought the 'accidental house' last year they helped us complete in 17 days :j

Thanks Gally,
It will be worth asking the question in any event.
Afraid I'm one of those card carrying "let them die" crowd. I only wish big Dermot Desmond decided to pick Rangers up for a song so that he could control a very slow and painful demise. I'll be happy enough with liquidation over the next few weeks though.

Evening All,
Success...ish!
We officially have house number 1. It's only about 7 weeks later than we expected and certainy 10 days later than we were promised but it is now officially ours. I'll pick the keys up first thing tomorrow and get Colin and the letting agent on the go. Been to see another potential house tonight and put a bid in so we'll hope for a good outcome on that tomorrow (as unlikely as it may be as we're really pushing them hard on the deal) but we'll concentrate in the meantime on getting the first three done up and tenanted.
Currently revelling in the glory of Rangers going down the tubes which unfortunately involves listening to the various idiot phone in shows. It's like the thick leading the thicker which is a bit of an annoyance but there's not a lot going to ruin my mood today!
Hope everyone is grand, dandy and getting on god stylee...
Cheers,

Hi Billy, that's brilliant. You must both be delighted and as you say, only 49 to go. By the time you are onto no. 3 the process will be greatly simplified I would imagine. You seem to be making huge strides forward - very best wishes to you both at the start of your next chapter.
